Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Tenuta di Castellaro Ypsilon IGT 2021 (bio)<\/p>\n

Die Liparischen Inseln, auch bekannt unter dem Namen \u00c4olische Inseln, sind eine kleine Inselgruppe, n\u00f6rdlich von Sizilien gelegen. Mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von nur ca. 115 km\u00b2 wurden die insgesamt sieben bewohnten Inseln vulkanischen Ursprungs im Jahre 2000 von der UNESCO zum Weltkulturerbe erkl\u00e4rt. In der Antike galten die Inseln als Sitz des Windgottes \u00c4olus, der von Zeus zum Verwalter der Winde eingesetzt wurde. Doch nicht nur der Wind, sondern auch das mineralienreiche Vulkangestein machen den Weinbau auf diesen Inseln heute so reizvoll. Dr. Massimo Lentsch, der urspr\u00fcnglich aus Kufstein stammt, strandete durch seine Segelleidenschaft auf den \u00c4olischen Inseln. Im Jahr 2005 entschloss er sich auf Lipari ein familiengef\u00fchrtes Weingut aufzubauen. Bis heute ist er dort der einzige Winzer, der nicht nur Weine zum Eigengebrauch vinifiziert. <\/p>\n

Der Ypsilon 2021 ist dunkel-blumig, aber dennoch etwas zur\u00fcckhaltend und entwickelt sich langsam mit einer Mischung aus getrockneten schwarzen Kirschen, Nelken und staubigem Stein. Er ist seidig und geschmeidig im Inneren, mit geschliffenen roten und schwarzen Fr\u00fcchten, die durch lebendige S\u00e4ure belebt werden, w\u00e4hrend saure Zitrusfr\u00fcchte gegen Ende f\u00fcr Kontrast sorgen. Der Abgang ist etwas kurz, aber wirkungsvoll und hinterl\u00e4sst einen vollkommen erfrischten Gaumen, w\u00e4hrend ein Hauch von sauren Brombeeren verklingt. \u2013 Eric Guido
