Im Jahre 1994 machte Francesco Leanza das Land urbar, dass heute als
\nPodere Salicutti bekannt ist. Dem Hang abgerungen pflanzte er die Reben,
\narrondiert um die Cantina, dem Herzst\u00fcck des Betriebes. Insgesamt 11 Hektar
\nLand umfassen die Latifundien von Salicutti, die sich auf 4,5 Hektar Reben,
\neinen Olivenhain und Wald verteilen. Im Jahr 2015 haben Sabine und Felix
\nEichbauer den Betrieb \u00fcbernommen und f\u00fchren den biologischen Anspruch Leanzas
\nkonsequent weiter fort – mit kritisch-reflektiertem Blick auf den Einfluss von
\nMensch und Kulturtechnik. Podere Salicutti ist das erste biologisch
\nzertifizierte Weingut Montalcinos. Die 1994 gepflanzten Reben stehen in B\u00f6den,
\ndie niemals mit konventionellen Spritzmitteln in Kontakt kamen.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Teatro ist die kleinste Cru und umfasst nur 0,7 Hektar zur Linken der
\nCantina. Sie \u00f6ffnet sich wie ein Amphitheater gen S\u00fcden und wurde 1994
\ngepflanzt. Die B\u00f6den sind sandig und tonhaltig mit Skelett aus ganz feinen
\nKieseln bis zu gro\u00dfen Brocken Kalkstein und Kalkmergel. Teatro hat das
\nvergleichsweise k\u00fchlste Mikroklima der drei Lagen und liegt mit gut 500 H\u00f6henmetern
\nauch am h\u00f6chsten. Die Weine aus dem Teatro sind stets dunkel und tiefgr\u00fcndig.<\/p>\n

Der 2019 Teatro von Salicutti ist vielmehr Skizze als voll
\nausgereifter Wein. Ein Versprechen in die Zukunft, wenn das gesammelte Ensemble
\nvon satter Frucht, profundem Terroir-Eindruck und behutsamem Ausbau zur vollen
\nGr\u00f6\u00dfe einer spektakul\u00e4ren Darbietung aufl\u00e4uft. Derweil zeigen sich die Anlagen
\nder Frucht fest verschn\u00fcrt, umh\u00fcllt von dunklem und nahezu rauchigem Charakter,
\netwas Schuhpolitur sowie eine zarte Reduktion umh\u00fcllen ihn wie feinstes
\nGeschenkpapier, das man geneigt ist, sofort aufrei\u00dfen zu wollen. Doch Obacht:
\nDieser Wein fordert Zeit \u2013 in jedem Falle jedoch Geduld und gro\u00dfe Gl\u00e4ser.<\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

Entgegen der Verschwiegenheit der Nase offenbart seine Struktur im
\nAntrunk bereits Gro\u00dfes: Kraftvoll und straff hat er eine immense Tiefe und
\ninnere Dichte. Dabei sch\u00f6pft die Kraft nicht aus bolider Muskelmasse eines
\nSchwarzeneggers, sondern zeigt sich vielmehr flink und elegant wie Bruce Lee.
\nDie Gerbstoffe filigran und fein, doch dabei fest und seidig weich. Die reife
\nS\u00e4ure erstrahlt von innen und beschleunigt ihn rasant, was hochfrequentes
\nNachschenken zur Folge hat. Derweil ein strukturelles Erlebnis mit kathedralen
\nAnlagen und orchestralem Finish.<\/p>\n
