Die Nase pr\u00e4sentiert sich \u00e4u\u00dferst erhaben. Schwarze Fr\u00fcchte wie Brombeere und Pflaume, etwas Cassis und Holunderbeeren pr\u00e4gen diesen noblen Sangiovese. Eine dunkle, schokoladige Nuance kr\u00f6nt das Aroma. Gew\u00fcrze wie Zimt und Wacholder, vor allem aber zart integriertes S\u00fc\u00dfholz kommen erg\u00e4nzend hinzu. Auch etwas Leder und eine zarte R\u00f6staromatik werden sp\u00fcrbar. Das Holz scheint perfekt eingebunden zu sein. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Sangiovese k\u00fchl und rassig. Er hat mineralische Komponenten und ein perfekt integriertes Tannin. Die Gerbstoffe sind zupackend, aber weich und reif. Mundf\u00fcllend und sehr harmonisierend breitet er sich aus. Das Tannin nagelt sich fest und l\u00e4sst vom Gaumen nicht ab. Dadurch erm\u00f6glicht er sich selbst ein schier unendliches Finale. Das Aromenspiel der Nase kommt wunderbar zur Geltung. Er wirkt dabei sehr fleischig, von einem zarten Lakritz-Ton begleitet und macht direkt Appetit.<\/p>\n

Der Rosso di Montalcino 2017 verbindet die Kraft und F\u00fclle des Jahrgangs mit dem frischen, kristallklaren Stil des Pian dell’Orino. Er pr\u00e4sentiert sich mit einer w\u00fcrzigen, leicht herbstlichen Note von schwarzen Kirschen, Zimt, Nelken und einem Hauch von Salbei. Die Texturen sind seidig und gleiten \u00fcber einen mittelkr\u00e4ftigen K\u00f6rper, w\u00e4hrend reife rote Beeren durch eine s\u00fc\u00df-saure Zitrusmischung mit saftigen S\u00e4uren und mineralischen T\u00f6nen bereichert werden, die gegen Ende ein knackiges Gef\u00fchl erzeugen. Sanfte Tannine verweilen unter einem Hauch von roter Lakritze und floralen Noten. Wow!
