Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Bakkanali Bakkanali Kani IGT 2023 (bio)<\/p>\n

Die Trauben stammen aus biodynamischem Anbau auf 0,9 Hektar lehmig-schluffigem Mergelboden ohne Skelettanteil, auf 600 Metern H\u00f6he am Monte Amiata gelegen. Die 19 Jahre alten Sangiovese-Reben werden von Hand geerntet und als ganze Trauben spontan vergoren. Die G\u00e4rung erfolgt unter semi-kohlens\u00e4urehaltigen Bedingungen mit einer etwa zweiw\u00f6chigen Mazeration. Im Anschluss wird sanft mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen gepresst und der Most verbleibt zwei weitere Tage in Infusion. Der Ausbau erfolgt in Holzf\u00e4ssern, die Schwefelgabe bleibt minimal mit weniger als 25 mg\/l Gesamt-SO\u2082. Die Produktion ist auf rund 4.000 Flaschen limitiert. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der 2023 \u201eKANI\u201c Sangiovese von Bakkanali zeigt sich hybrid in der Nase: etwas Toskana trifft etwas Glou-Glou trifft etwas Sangiovese. Derzeit ist sein Wesen gepr\u00e4gt von jugendlicher Fruchtigkeit, einem Leitmotiv der semi-karbonischen G\u00e4rung. Kirschen, Bananenbrot, etwas Schokolade und ein verschrobenes Lorbeerblatt sowie ein Zweig Thymian umrei\u00dfen seine experimentelle Nase, dazu kommen Bitterschokolade und Geleefr\u00fcchte. <\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen troppo Sangiovese mit fordernder S\u00e4ure und saftigem Extrakt. Dunkelfruchtig und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig wei\u00df er das gesellschaftliche Parkett zu bespielen und tritt alles andere als leise: die dunkle Frucht und der pl\u00fcschige Gerbstoff kleiden ihn wie eine rote Robe. Die S\u00e4ure sorgt f\u00fcr den richtigen Tritt, ohne zu dominieren, und befeuert den niederschwelligen Trinkfluss. Au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Sangiovese f\u00fcr Neugierige.<\/p>\n
