Der Condrieu Le Tinal kommt von einem nur 0,17ha umfassenden Plot in der Gemeinde Verin. Magnesiumeisenglimmer und Granit findet man im Untergrund der Lage Le Tinal. Dort w\u00e4chst zu 100% Viognier dor\u00e9 aus einer Selektion Massale. Die Rebst\u00f6cke sind 35 Jahre alt und liefern einen Ertrag von ca. 35 hl\/ha. Maison Stephan steht f\u00fcr ein absolutes low intervention wine-making. Additive, Pestizide, Fungizide, Filtration o.\u00e4. finden nicht statt. Der Schwefel ist gegen Null. Die Maische wird kalt mazeriert und unter Kohlens\u00e4uredruck abgepresst. Die Vinikfikation find in gebrauchten F\u00e4ssern statt und wird bei ca. 20\u00b0C reguliert. Die Reife erfolgt f\u00fcr zw\u00f6lf Monate in kleinen F\u00e4ssern aus Eiche aus dem Troncais, den Alpen und dem Kaukasus. <\/p>\n

Leuchtendes Zitronengelb mit goldenen Reflexen und leichter Perlage <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der Duft des Viognier ist bet\u00f6rend. Die tropische Frucht schwankt unentschlossen zwischen Mango, gegrillter Ananas und Passionsfrucht. Grapefruit, Blutorange, Papaya und Litschi mischen dabei auch mit. Eingelegter Pfirsich und reife Birne schlagen noch eine Br\u00fccke zu den heimischen Fr\u00fcchten. Die Frucht wirkt satt und einladend. Akazienbl\u00fcte sowie auch der Duft von bl\u00fchenden Mandelb\u00e4umen weht aus dem Glas. Etwas Ahornsirup und Dattel versetzen ihn in eine tiefere Dimension. Kandierter Ingwer sowie die Zesten von Orange und Zitrone erg\u00e4nzen dies wunderbar. Thymian, Zitronenmelisse und Petersilie setzen starke Akzente in der Nase. Aus der w\u00fcrzigen Ecke kommen reichlich Koriandersaat belebend hinzu. Vegetabil kann er den Duft von Fenchel und Artischocke aufweisen. Sehr vielf\u00e4ltige Nase, die einen noch ahnungslos zur\u00fcckl\u00e4sst, welcher Weintyp gleich auf uns wartet. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Der 2022 Condrieu Le Tinal steht deutlich f\u00fcr einen straffen Vertreter seiner Rebsorte. Die Frucht pr\u00e4gt auch das Geschmacksbild am Gaumen deutlich, wird aber in ein sehr enges Korsett gedr\u00fcckt. Dadurch gewinnen auch die S\u00e4urespitzen an Bedeutung und diese sind bei Viognier von h\u00f6chster G\u00fcte im Interesse des Trinkflusses. Seine Struktur ist straff und er wirkt auf mich enorm animierend. Durch die feinen S\u00e4urespitzen wird auch vor allem die herbale, etherische Aromatik gef\u00f6rdert. Le Tinal ist zudem ein sehr schlanker Typus Wein, dem es gelingt seine Herkunft zu zeigen, aber die gewohnten Attribute seiner Zunft abzulegen.<\/p>\n
