Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr de l’Enclos Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos AOC 2023 (bio)<\/p>\n

Der Wein stammt aus dem Grand Cru Le Clos. Dort besitzen die Bouchards 0,67 Hektar, die 1964 vom Gro\u00dfvater gepflanzt worden sind. Die Parzelle liegt im unteren Bereich des H\u00fcgels, dem historischen Herzst\u00fcck des Climats. Der Wein wurde nach der Handlese am 12. September 2023 und der langsamen Ganztraubenpressung spontan in gebrauchten Tonneaux vergoren und dort 13 Monate lang ausgebaut. Es folgte eine grobe Filtrierung und eine leichte Schwefelung. Gef\u00fcllt wurde am 21. November 2024 mit 79 mg\/l. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Auch wenn dieser Grand Cru immer viel Zeit ben\u00f6tigt, wirkt der 2023er Les Clos schon recht offen und intensiv. Es duftet nach Feuerstein, Rauch, etwas Tabak und Holz, nach zersto\u00dfenem Gestein und Petrichor. Dazu nach wei\u00dfen Bl\u00fcten und heimischem Obst, vor allem nach \u00c4pfeln und Mirabellen, aber auch ein wenig nach Zitronen samt Schalen. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen wirkt der Chablis Grand Cru saftig, sinnlich, rund und wiederum erstaunlich offen. Die reife Frucht scheint eine ganz feine S\u00fc\u00dfe in sich zu bergen, was ausgesprochen charmant wirkt. Trotzdem verf\u00fcgt der Le Clos \u00fcber Druck und viel Frische. Der Grand Cru hat Tiefe, spielt mit ein wenig Gerbstoff und wird zum Finale hin salzig und energetisch. Das hat viel Potential. <\/p>\n
