Information zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Der Wein stammt aus dem Grand Cru Le Clos. Dort besitzen die Bouchards 0,67 Hektar, die 1967 vom Gro\u00dfvater gepflanzt worden sind. Die Parzelle liegt im unteren Bereich des H\u00fcgels, dem historischen Herzst\u00fcck des Climats. Der Wein wurde nach der Handlese und der langsamen Ganztraubenpressung spontan in gebrauchten Tonneaux vergoren und ausgebaut. Es folgte eine grobe Filtrierung und eine leichte Schwefelung. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der 2022er Les Clos wirkt in der Nase noch ganz sch\u00fcchtern, was typisch ist f\u00fcr diese Lage. Dieser Grand Cru braucht immer viel Zeit. So pr\u00e4sentiert er sich auch nach Stunden in der Karaffe nur mit einer dezenten Rauchigkeit, Zitruszesten, wei\u00dfen Bl\u00fcten und einer leicht exotischen Nase von etwas Melone, einer reifen Ananas und ein wenig Mango. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen wirkt der Wein offener und einladender. Vor allem pr\u00e4sentiert er sich mit einem Charme, dem man kaum widerstehen kann. Seidig und cremig ist die Textur. Fast sahnig wirkt sie. Dann wird es zunehmend herber und pikanter, zitrischer und fordernder. Der Grand Cru wird langsam seinem Namen gerecht, gewinnt Tiefe, spielt mit ein wenig Gerbstoff, wird salziger, energetischer, beh\u00e4lt aber trotzdem den Charme. Der braucht noch ein paar Jahre, dann wird das noch mal komplexer.<\/p>\n
