In den 1990ern kam er in die Region und arbeitete zun\u00e4chst bei Alain Burguet und Vincent Geantet, bis er 2001 seine erste Parzelle von 0,05 ha kaufen konnte. Heute bewirtschaftet er ca. 5,25 Hektar, wobei ihm die Genetik der Reben besonders am Herzen liegt. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Galeyrand arbeitet ohne technologische und \u00f6nologische Verfahren, verwendet keine industrielle Hefe, keinen Leim, keine Enzyme und nur soviel Suchwefel wie n\u00f6tig. F\u00fcr einen gro\u00dfen Wein herzustellen, muss man seiner Ansicht nach drei wesentliche Elemente vereinen: gro\u00dfes Terroir, die DNA der Rebe mit bemerkenswerten genetischen Erbe sowie einen Winzer, der all dies Ganze respektiert. Die Weinberge werden biologisch und biodynamisch bewirtschaftet, sie werden gepfl\u00fcgt, die Weinlese erfolgt von Hand und auch die Mondzyklen werden ber\u00fccksichtigt. Galeyrands Weinberge sind seit 2019 biologisch zertifiziert. Der Fixin stammt aus der Lage Les Champs de Vosger unterhalb des Ortes und w\u00e4chst auf leichten, sandigen B\u00f6den. \u00dcberwiegend entrappt, wird er in Tanks vergoren und anschlie\u00dfend im 228-Liter-Fass mit nur geringem Neuholzanteil ausgebaut. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> Dunkles Rubinrot, transparent und klar. <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Der 2022 Champs de Vosger Fixin von J\u00e9r\u00f4me Galeyrand duftet transparent nach kleinen roten Fr\u00fcchten, Waldhimbeeren und kleinen Erdbeeren sowie Waldheidelbeeren. Die Nase verstr\u00f6mt den Eindruck eines seidigen, lockermaschigen Weines mit zarten floralen Kopfnoten nach Orangenbl\u00fcten und violettem Flieder. Animierend leichtf\u00fc\u00dfig und ein bisschen kinky. <\/p>\n<h5>Mund<\/h5>\n<p> Auch am Gaumen brilliert er mit seidiger Transparenz und filigraner, feiner Frucht. Offenherzig und sehr zug\u00e4nglich strahlt die Frucht in sattem Rubin am Gaumen und wird erg\u00e4nzt durch dezente Noten von Lakritz sowie Estragon, flankiert von eleganten Gerbstoffen, die den Zungenrand s\u00e4umen.
