Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Rougeot P\u00e8re & Fils Volnay-Santenots Premier Cru, Sans Sulfite Ajout\u00e9 AOC 2018 <\/p>\n

Die Domaine Rougeot P\u00e8re & Fils aus Meursault wurde von Henri Rougeot gegr\u00fcndet und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber knapp 13 Hektar in erstklassigen Lagen in Meursault, Month\u00e9lie, St Romain, Pommard und Volnay. Sie wird heute in 4. Generation von Pierre-Henri und dessen Vater Marc betrieben. Bereits 2012 wagten die beiden erste Schritte in Richtung biologischer Bewirtschaftung, bis man sich 2017 zur Konversion anmeldete. Seit 2020 ist die Domaine vollumf\u00e4nglich Bio-zertifiziert und befindet sich mit dem Jahrgang 2021 im biodynamischen Umstellungsprozess. Die Premier Cru Lage Volnay Santenots liegt vollumf\u00e4nglich in der Gemeinde Meursault, wird aber dennoch zu Volnay gez\u00e4hlt, da Meursault eine reine Weisswein-Gemeinde ist. Dieser Plot in “Les Santenots” befindet sich im unteren Teil des Dorfes in der N\u00e4he von Volnay. Er liegt ziemlich genau in der Mitte von Santenots-Dessous und besteht aus zwei Parzellen mit 60 und 40 Jahre alten Reben. Der Boden ist reichhaltig mit hohem Lehmanteil. Maischeg\u00e4rung f\u00fcr 21 Tage mit 90% Ganztrauben und t\u00e4glichem Umpumpen sowie ein- bis zweimaligem Abstich w\u00e4hrend der G\u00e4rung. Es folgt der biologische S\u00e4ureabbau und anschlie\u00dfende Reife in Barriques mit einem Neuhholz-Anteil von 35%. Ungesch\u00f6nt, ungefiltert und ohne Zugabe von Schwefel gef\u00fcllt. <\/p>\n

Der 2018 Volnay Santenots Premier Cru Sans Sulphite der Domaine Rougeot P\u00e9re & Fils zeigt sich kraftvoll mit enormem Tiefgang. Dunkel und rauchig erinnert er an Unterholz, langen roten Pfeffer, Geselchtes, hellen Tabak und Piment. Die ebenfalls dunkle Frucht oszilliert zwischen eingelegter Lorbeer-Kirsche und Brombeer-Gel\u00e9e mit einem Schuss Portwein. Durch die fortw\u00e4hrende Bel\u00fcftung im Glas l\u00e4sst die Nase den Wein wie ein dreidimensionales Kaleidoskop erscheinen, seine Facetten im steten Wandel. <\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

Im Antrunk ringen ebenfalls zwei Facetten um Dominanz: Die jugendlichen, kleinteiligen Gerbstoffe wirken wie Schmirgelpapier feinster Kalibrierung, mundw\u00e4ssernd mit aromatisch herbem Profil. Dagegen h\u00e4lt die dunkle Frucht, die leuchtend in sattem Rubin am Gaumen strahlt. Dieses Wechselspiel wird befeuert vom glockenklaren S\u00e4urenerv, der den Wein f\u00f6rmlich \u00fcber den Gaumen peitscht. Gro\u00dfes Kino mit zeitgen\u00f6ssisch rasantem Trinkfluss und leuchtend klarer Kirsche im epischen Nachhall.<\/p>\n
