Zum Wein<\/h5>\n

100 % Malbec mit 25 hl\/ha Ertrag aus 350 Meter hoch gelegenen Mikroparzellen im Clos mit Siderolithischem Lehm-Kalkboden aus der Terti\u00e4rzeit, der \u00fcber einen starken Eisengehalt verf\u00fcgt. Nach der Handlese erfolgte ein Entrappen, eine spontane Einleitung der G\u00e4rung, eine sanfte Extraktion, eine lange Mazeration und eine schwefelfreie Weinbereitung. Die Reifung erfolgte in Kelleramphoren f\u00fcr 12 Monate. Keine Kl\u00e4rung oder Filtration. Der abschlie\u00dfend zugegebene Schwefel f\u00fchrt zu einem Gesamtschwefel von 12mg\/l. <\/p>\n

Ein Malbec, der entrappt wurde und doch nach Rappen und Stilen duftet. Ein k\u00fchler Geselle mit Noten von knackigen roten und blauen Beeren, etwas Sauerkirsche, schwarzen Oliven, Tannen mit Nadeln, Holz und Erde, etwas Tabak, Teer und Tinte. Vielschichtig, agil und noch zur\u00fcckhaltend. \u00a0 <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Emmanuel Rybinski hat diesen Malbec namens K-2 in der Amphore ausgebaut und das sorgt hier f\u00fcr eine ganz eigene Struktur und vor allem Textur. Die dunkle, saftige Frucht wirkt wie eingebettet in einen feinen Nebel von Gesteinsstaub. Der Malbec ist schlank, frisch, trinkfreudig, lebendig, jung und ungebunden. Gleichzeitig zeigt sich auf ganz unkonventionelle und unkomplizierte Weise eine angenehme Tiefe und Komplexit\u00e4t im K-2.<\/p>\n
