Zum Wein<\/h5>\n

100 % Malbec mit 45 hl\/ha Ertrag aus 350 Meter hoch gelegenen Mikroparzellen im Clos mit Lehm-Kalkboden samt Siderolithischem Kalk aus dem Terti\u00e4r der \u00fcber einen starken Eisengehalt verf\u00fcgt sowie Kimmerdige-Kalk aus dem Jura mit hoher Pr\u00e4senz an Fossilien. \u00a0 Nach der Handlese erfolgte ein Entrappen, eine spontane Einleitung der G\u00e4rung, eine sanfte Extraktion, eine lange Mazeration und eine schwefelfreie Weinbereitung. Die Reifung erfolgte im Beton-Cuve. Keine Kl\u00e4rung oder Filtration. Es wurde kein Schwefel hinzugef\u00fcgt. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

In diesem Malbec namens K-or findet man schon alle Attribute, f\u00fcr die ein typischer Cahors-Malbec bekannt ist. Es duftet leicht nach Veilchen und Wacholder, dann nach Brombeeren, Maulbeeren und Zwetschgen mit ein wenig Sauerkirsche und Cassis. Dazu kommen Ankl\u00e4nge von Teer und Zitronenabrieb, Gestein, Erde und Unterholz. Man findet auch warme Noten, vor allem aber dunkle und knackige. \u00a0 <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen bietet der Wein sich in seiner Offenheit mit einer k\u00fchlen Eleganz dar. Auch hier hat man wieder diese vorwiegend dunkle, knackige, reife aber k\u00fchle Frucht, dazu Gestein und Erde. Der Malbec wirkt saftig, auf angenehme Weise mundw\u00e4ssernd s\u00e4uerlich und leicht salzig mit griffigem Tannin und einer Mineralit\u00e4t, die f\u00fcr Spannung und Energie sorgt. Man kann das noch liegen lassen, aber eigentlich macht das mit dieser Spannkraft gerade jetzt gro\u00dfen Spa\u00df, zumal der Verzicht auf zugesetzten Schwefel f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Offenheit sorgt.<\/p>\n
