Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Roc des Anges Iglesia Vella, C\u00f4tes Catalanes blanc IGP 2020 (bio)<\/p>\n

Marjorie und St\u00e9phane Gallet lernten sich auf der Agrarhochschule in Perpignan kennen, gingen jedoch erst einmal getrennte Wege. Erst die gemeinsame Passion zu Pferden und sp\u00e4ter dem Wein brachte sie wieder zusammen. St\u00e9phane arbeitete damals in einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Betrieb im Maury, w\u00e4hrend Marjorie in Calce bei Gauby erste praktische Erfahrung in der Biodynamie sammelte. In 2003 lieh sie sich Geld von Freunden und machte sie sich damit selbst\u00e4ndig. Das Areal hie\u00df eigentlich Roc Blanc, benannt nach einer weissen Quartzader, die aus dem schwarzen Schiefer herausragt. Marjorie entschied sich jedoch f\u00fcr die Umbenennung in Roc des Anges, zu Deutsch: Engelsfelsen. Mittlerweile geh\u00f6rt die Kellerei zu den ersten Adressen der Region und umfasst 30 Hektar Reben auf einem Mosaik unterschiedlicher B\u00f6den. Der Iglesia Vella (\u00fcbersetzt: alte Kirche) wurde 1954 auf reinem Schiefer gepflanzt, besteht zu 100% aus Grenache Gris und ist das wei\u00dfe Pendant zum roten Las Trabasseres. Die Schiefer-B\u00f6den verleihen den Weinen ihre profunde Mineralik und die distinktiv saline Wahrnehmung im langen Finish, weshalb Marjorie und St\u00e9phane bei diesem Wein auch stets von ihrem \u201eFelsenwein\u201c sprechen. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der 2020 Iglesia Vella zeigt sich in der Nase mit nobler Zur\u00fcckhaltung, gro\u00dfe Gl\u00e4ser lassen ihn nach einiger Zeit etwas redseliger erscheinen. Dann erz\u00e4hlt er mit fester Stimme von nassen Steinen, roter Apfelschale und wei\u00dfen Bl\u00fcten. Reduziert wie ein s\u00fcdfranz\u00f6sisches Stilleben ist alles am rechten Platz, ein Strauss getrockneter Kr\u00e4uter nebst einiger Muschelschalen und Zitronenlaub komplettieren das Gem\u00e4lde. <\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

Mit mundw\u00e4ssernd salziger Mineralik ist der Iglesia Vella fordernd wie begl\u00fcckend. Karg und sehnig erinnert er an einen Windhund, sein rasanter Trinkzug verleiht dieser Analogie in jedem Falle R\u00fcckenwind. Gemahlenes Gesteinsmehl mit der Kalibrierung feinsten Schmirgelpapiers verleiht ihm seine animierende Haptik, die von nobler Phenolik zus\u00e4tzlich befeuert wird. Die S\u00e4ure ist wunderbar eingebunden und tr\u00e4gt ihn ins saline, \u00e4therisch k\u00fchle Finish. <\/p>\n
