Informationen zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Lou Bragalou<\/i> ist der okzitanische Name f\u00fcr die L\u2019Aphyllanthe de Montpellier, eine f\u00fcr das Languedoc typische Pflanze der Garrigue. Der Wei\u00dfwein ist ein 100 %iger Grenache Blanc aus einem Weinberg mit rund 30 Jahre alten Reben. Der Weinberg ist gepr\u00e4gt von Kalksteinschotter und gro\u00dfen Flusskieseln mit einem hohen Quarzanteil. Nach der Handlese wurden 80 % der Trauben direkt gepresst und 20 % als Ganztrauben spontan vergoren. Der Ausbau erfolgte weitgehend im Tank, der Wein wurde ungesch\u00f6nt gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n

Der 2022er Lou Bragalou<\/i> braucht \u2013 ganz typisch f\u00fcr die Rebsorte \u2013 ein wenig Zeit, bis er sich im Glas findet und \u00f6ffnet. Eine Karaffe hilft da nat\u00fcrlich. Danach findet man Noten von Wachs, Ginster, von ein klein wenig Rauch, Zitronen- und Grapefruitschalen, etwas Fenchelsamen und einer festen Birne.<\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen wirkt der Wein elegant und seidig, zugleich s\u00fcdlich in der Auspr\u00e4gung der Aromatik von knackiger wei\u00df- und gelbfleischiger Frucht, Gew\u00fcrzen und Kr\u00e4utern, Stein und zitrischen Noten. Vor allem die feinen Garrigue-, Anis-, S\u00fc\u00dfholz- und Fenchelnoten lassen einen dabei an die mediterrane K\u00fcche denken. Die reife, aber pr\u00e4sente S\u00e4ure und der f\u00fcr die Rebsorte angenehm dezente Alkohol runden das gelungene Gesamtbild ab.<\/p>\n
