Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Thomas Morey Beaune 1er Cru rouge Beaune-Gr\u00e8ves AOC 2023 <\/p>\n

Les Gr\u00e8ves ist mit 31,33 Hektar der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Climat im Herzen von Beaune. Die Weine gelten als die reichsten, strukturiertesten und auch langlebigsten der Appellation. Die Moreys besitzen ihren Weinberg seit 1969. Die Rebzeilen ziehen sich \u00fcber 450 Meter den Hang hinauf, wo das Terrain von einem eher sandigen zu einem mehr von Schotter bestimmten Boden wechselt. Die Pinot-Noir-Reben wurden teils 1976, teils 1988 neu aus einer selection massale gepflanzt. Die G\u00e4rung der weitgehend entrappten Trauben erfolgt mit indigenen Hefen in einer Kombination aus neutralem Fass und Tank. Die malolaktische G\u00e4rung l\u00e4uft auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise ab. Der Neuholzanteil betr\u00e4gt rund 20 %. Geschwefelt wird erst im letzten halben Jahr im Fass, und zwar mehrfach mit minimalen Dosen, sodass der Wein insgesamt nie auf mehr als 35 mg\/l kommt. <\/p>\n

Thomas Moreys 2023er Beaune-Gr\u00e8ves 1er Cru duftet so herrlich und anregend, man m\u00f6chte sofort das Glas an den Mund heben. Doch nein, einen ausgedehnten Moment lang sollte man verweilen und die Aromen von vor allem dunklen Himbeeren und Kirschen in Verbindung mit Stein, mit Zimt und einem perfekt integrierten Holz, leichten Ankl\u00e4ngen von Teer und Wildbret genie\u00dfen. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert sich der Beaune-Gr\u00e8ves 1er Cru saftig und klar, sinnlich und seidig, mit einem feinen, gedeckten Tannin, wiederum etwas Teer und einer reifen Frucht mit gewisser Delikatesse, feiner S\u00e4urespannung und einer leichten Sch\u00e4rfe im Finale. Den Wein kann man jetzt schon antrinken. <\/p>\n
