Information zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Auxey-Duresses liegt im Herzen eines Tals, das an der C\u00f4te de Beaune beginnt und sich auf der Route de La Rochepot und Autun durch die Hautes-C\u00f4tes schiebt. Die Appellation befindet sich an der Grenze zu Meursault. Der Weinberg Moulin aux Moines ist eine der drei Monopol-Lagen der Domaine. Der Bereich der Vieilles Vignes des Monopols wurde in den 1950er Jahren im oberen Teil des Clos gepflanzt, wo das Terroir eine andere Zusammensetzung des Kalkmergels aufweist, steiler und trockener ist. Der Bereich umfasst 0,90 ha und liegt auf 300 Metern Seeh\u00f6he. Gelesen wurde von Hand bei 38 bis 44 hl\/ha Ertrag. Ausgebaut wurde der spontan vergorene Wein in burgundischen Pi\u00e8ces und Tonneaux ohne Neuholzanteil. Es wurden rund 10% mit Rappen vergoren. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Im Duft wirkt der 2019er \u00bbMoulin aux Moines\u00ab Vieilles Vignes Monopole dunkel mit Noten von Unterholz, Waldboden, Pilzen, Laub und etwas fermentiertem Kardamom und Tabak. Dazu kommen leicht hefige Noten, Waldbeeren und getrocknete Kirschen. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen wirkt der Pinot Noir saftig, fest und ernsthaft mit einem leicht s\u00fc\u00dfen Kern, um den sich auch hier eher dunkle, leicht erdige und steinige Noten bewegen. Der Wein hat viel Struktur, einen Gerbstoff, der einen feinen Widerstand bietet und zudem eine klare S\u00e4ure. Wie immer gibt es hier einen leichten, an Pommard erinnernden go\u00fbt de campagne, der dem Wein sehr gut steht. <\/p>\n
