Information zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Das wei\u00dfe Flaggschiff des Weinguts, benannt nach Aliot de Montvin, einem Adligen, der im Jahr 1427 eine Glasbl\u00e4serei auf dem Grundst\u00fcck errichtete. Eine Cuv\u00e9e von ca. 2\/3 Roussanne mit Grenache Blanc und Marsanne, die auf 550 Metern in Nordlage angepflanzt und rund 20 Jahre alt sind. Spontan vergoren und f\u00fcr acht Monate in Demi-Muids ausgebaut.<\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der Aliot<\/i> ist von Beginn an ein eleganter Wein, der in der Nase zun\u00e4chst gar nicht so viel Preis gibt. Er erinnert an Khaki, Birne, Akazienhonig und Brioche in Verbindung mit Noten von Kardamom, Mandeln und Vanille. Im Hintergrund taucht eine kandierte Zitrone auf.<\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen wirkt der Aliot<\/i> beeindruckend ausgewogen, tief, rund und delikat. Es besitzt eine \u00f6lige Konzentration und doch eine bemerkenswerte Frische. Er balanciert die gelbe Frucht mit der Duftigkeit von Bl\u00fcten, mit mediterran kr\u00e4utrigen und orientalisch w\u00fcrzigen Ankl\u00e4ngen. Er verbindet die sonnigen Aspekte des S\u00fcdens mit einer feinen Mineralit\u00e4t zu einer gelungenen Intensit\u00e4t und Lebendigkeit.<\/p>\n
