Die Cuv\u00e9e Materia Prima entsteht aus
\nzwei rund 40 Jahre alten Rebsorten, je zur H\u00e4lfte Traminer und Gr\u00fcner
\nVeltliner, die auf einem nach Osten ausgerichteten Plateau in 220\u202fMetern H\u00f6he wurzeln. Der Boden ist tiefgr\u00fcndiger L\u00f6ss mit hohem Feinerdeanteil \u2013 typisch f\u00fcr den Wagram und pr\u00e4destiniert f\u00fcr aromatische Rebsorten mit Ausdruck.
\nNach selektiver Handlese wurden die Trauben spontan vergoren, anschlie\u00dfend
\nreifte der Wein 12 Monate teils im 700-Liter-Betonei (25\u202f%), teils im gro\u00dfen gebrauchten Holzfass (2000\u202fL, 75\u202f%). Materia Prima ist ein biologisch
\nzertifizierter Wein aus \u00d6sterreich, abgef\u00fcllt mit Naturkork \u2013 urspr\u00fcnglich,
\nelementar und gepr\u00e4gt vom Spiel zwischen Rebsorte, Herkunft und Ausbauform.<\/p>\n

\netwas Tomatenlaub und getrocknete Bl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter. Ein Kaleidoskop in stetem
\nWandel mit ruhigem Unterton und seidenmatten Konturen.<\/p>\n

\nAntrunk erinnert er mit seinen seidigen Gerbstoffen an feinen Darjeeling, hinzu
\nkommen filigrane Aromen nach Orangenbl\u00fcten und roter Apfelschale. Die filigrane
