Christoph Raffelt:Am Gaumen ist der 2017er Le Mont Moelleux schon jetzt beeindruckend komplex. Die 53 Gramm S\u00fc\u00dfe wirken hier keinesfalls aufdringlich, eher im Gegenteil fragt man sich, wo er die \u00fcberhaupt versteckt hat, so klar wird die S\u00fc\u00dfe von den 4,9 Gramm S\u00e4ure balanciert. Der Wein ist \u00fcberaus stimmig und pr\u00e4zise. Vor allem die S\u00e4urestruktur und die vitale Mineralit\u00e4t begeistern, ebenso die feinen Noten indischer Gew\u00fcrze, herber Orangen und steiniger Komponenten. Im langen Finale dann erscheint die an Honig erinnernde S\u00fc\u00dfe, gepaart mit Salzmandeln, in einem furiosen, langen Finale. Was f\u00fcr ein stimmiger Wein und was f\u00fcr ein Potential! <\/p>\n

Der Le Mont Moelleux pr\u00e4sentiert sich im Jahr 2017 begeisternd frisch und klar, ja geradezu zeitlos. Schon im Duft wirkt er lebendig und kraftvoll, leicht rauchig, wie es die Art ist beim Le Mont, insgesamt aber recht hell und offener als der sec aus gleicher Lage. Gelbe und gr\u00fcne \u00c4pfel bilden hier den Auftakt, eine Ananas an der Schwelle zur Reife kommt hinzu, dazu Currybl\u00e4tter, Safran, gemahlener Stein und der f\u00fcr Chenin typische Hauch von Quitten und Honigwachs. <\/p>\n

Am Gaumen ist der 2017er Le Mont Moelleux schon jetzt beeindruckend komplex. Der gold-aprikosenfarbene Vouvray Le Mont Moelleux 2017 pr\u00e4sentiert sich in der intensiven, aber raffinierten Nase perfekt reif und elegant. Aromen von Steinobst und sehr feinen Rosinen verflechten sich mit Hefenoten. Am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert sich dieser gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige, hochelegante, finessenreiche und saftige Vouvray mit feinem Tanningriff, salzig-pikanter S\u00e4ure und einer guten Konzentration von getrockneten und ged\u00fcnsteten Steinfr\u00fcchten. Der Wein ist kompakt und straff, aber dennoch vital und voller Energie und Reifepotenzial. Sehr straff, fest und salzig, mit guter Spannung und Ausdruck, aber viel zu jung, um in den n\u00e4chsten f\u00fcnf Jahren genossen zu werden. Verkostet im M\u00e4rz 2019.
