Der Wein gleicht am ehesten einem gro\u00dfen Parfum, dass sich nicht allein in Kopf-, Herz- und Basisnote gliedert, sondern immer auch den Tr\u00e4ger mit einbezieht. Und so tut es der 1997 Le Mont Moelleux 1\u00e8re Trie von der Domaine Huet einem Parfum gleich und lockt mit Orangen\u00f6l und getrocknete Quitten in der Kopfnote. Es folgen Kumquats, kandierte Fr\u00fcchte und zarte w\u00fcrzige Noten nach hellem Tabakblatt, wei\u00dfem Pfeffer, Kurkuma und Safran. Trotz des Konglomerates an Aromen ist die Nase v\u00f6llig klar, kristallin und pr\u00e4zise &#8211; ein Beispiel f\u00fcr Reife ohne Altersfirne. Superb!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Mund<\/h5>\n<p>Im Antrunk zeigt sich der 1997 Le Mont saftig mit entspannt-unaufgeregter Textur. Die jugendliche Viskosit\u00e4t ist einem legeren Trinkfluss gewichen, klares Mundgef\u00fchl trifft perfekte Reife, etwas Limettenzeste sorgt f\u00fcr aromatische Frische. Drahtig flirrend fliesst er \u00fcber Gaumen mit einem feinen, pikanten S\u00e4urenerv und einem wuchtig-mineralischem, wohligen Nachhall.
