Salzzitronen, Orangenbl\u00fcten\u00f6l, Bergamotte und ger\u00f6stete Reiswaffeln in der Nase er\u00f6ffnen den facettenreichen Reigen. Gleich einer Diva in buntem Ornat mit Pfauenfedern duftet es schillernd aus dem Glas nach nasser Tafelkreide, Gew\u00fcrzen wie Piment und rotem Pfeffer sowie hellem Tabak, Birnenkompott und getrockneter Mandarinenschale. Ein klarer Fall f\u00fcr die gro\u00dfen Gl\u00e4ser.<\/p>\n

Im Antrunk zeigt er sich visk\u00f6s mit zarter Rests\u00fc\u00dfe, die seinen mineralischen Kern und den S\u00e4urenerv fest ummantelt. Bissfest mit hoher innerer Spannung und massivem Druck am Gaumen bildet er mit seiner zarten W\u00fcrze, der feinen S\u00e4ure und der salinen Mineralik ein gustatorisch gleichschenkliges Dreieck, an dem wie auf dem Pink Floyd Cover The Dark Side of the Moon die Fruchtaromatik in ein schillerndes Prisma aufbricht. Die Aromen der Nase spiegeln sich am Gaumen, wenn auch noch jugendlich leptosom. Kraftvoll und zug\u00e4nglich eine gro\u00dfe Freude f\u00fcr den direkten Verzehr oder einige Jahre Flaschenreife.<\/p>\n

Humbrechts Riesling Brand 2015 stammt von Granitb\u00f6den und ist unglaublich rein, fein und hochpr\u00e4zise. Er pr\u00e4sentiert Noten von zersto\u00dfenen Steinen und Zitronenduft, als w\u00e4re er ein weiterer Sommerberg. Aufregend! Am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert er sich \u00fcppig und doch rein, intensiv und reif, zugleich mineralisch und pikant; er besticht durch gro\u00dfe Eleganz, edle Intensit\u00e4t und einen gro\u00dfartigen Terroir-Ausdruck. Welch anregende F\u00fclle und zugleich Reinheit, ein wunderbar feiner Tanningriff (wie bei Pinot Noir) und ein langer, anhaltender Abgang. Ein absolutes Muss dieses Jahrgangs. Olivier vergleicht den 2015er mit dem 1983er, der ebenfalls ein sehr warmes Jahr war und elegante Weine hervorbrachte. Dieser Wein ist rein, reichhaltig, schlank, pikant und mineralisch, sehr steinig, \u00fcppig und fruchtig. Vor allem aber steckt er voller Energie und Faszination! Ein absolutes Muss!

Leuchtendes Strohgelb. Die breite Nase erinnert an Kr\u00e4uter, Gew\u00fcrze und reife Obstgartenfr\u00fcchte und ist wirklich sehr typisch f\u00fcr einen Wein aus Granitb\u00f6den. Auch im Auftakt voll und breit; Gew\u00fcrz- und Kr\u00e4uternoten komplizieren die Fruchtaromen von Pfirsich und Birne. Der Abgang ist lang und rein, wie ein Morgenspaziergang in einem Wald voll kleiner gelber Blumen und Quellwasser, aber auch angenehm salzig und taktil. Obwohl man diesen Wein bei einer Blindverkostung leicht als von der Marke stammend erkennen kann, finde ich auch, dass der 2015er ein wenig jugendlicher und zur\u00fcckhaltender ist als sonst. Humbrecht sagte mir, der Riesling von der Marke sei in Hochform und er w\u00fcsste nicht, welchen er aus den letzten drei Jahrg\u00e4ngen (2013, 2014 und 2015) als seinen Favoriten ausw\u00e4hlen sollte. Vergessen Sie diesen Wein f\u00fcr 10 Jahre in Ihrem Keller; Mit 13,7 % Alkohol und 6 g\/l Restzucker ist es ein kraftvoller Wein mit einem halbtrockenen Geschmack.
