Jahrhunderts Weinbau betreibt, und der Familie Barthelm\u00e9, den heutigen Eigent\u00fcmern, die seit 1654 im Weinbau aktiv sind. Gelegen in Wettolsheim an der Els\u00e4sser Weinstra\u00dfe, wird jede Parzelle des 25 Hektar gro\u00dfen Betriebs individuell nach biologischen und biodynamischen Grundlagen bearbeitet. Die Trauben f\u00fcr den Wineck-Schlossberg Grand Cru stammen aus der Gemeinde Katzenthal, von einem terrassierten Hektar mit Nordost-Ausrichtung und sandigen B\u00f6den, die stets kristalline Weine ergeben. Der Wineck-Schlossberg bildet das Terroir durch die Mineralit\u00e4t und Salzigkeit seiner Weine ab. Das durchschnittliche Rebalter betr\u00e4gt ca. 45 Jahre. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> Sattes Goldgelb, strahlend und klar. <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Die Nase des 2022 Wineck-Schlossberg Riesling Grand Cru von Albert Mann zeigt sich freudvoll fruchtig und dekliniert beflissen s\u00e4mtliche Aggregatzust\u00e4nde von Agrumen, von der Bl\u00fcte bis zum Orangeat. Dazu kommen Noten von Quitten, geschmorter Ananas sowie milden Gew\u00fcrzen und einer Flocke vollfetter Salzbutter. Der Wein hat eine kristalline Ausstrahlung mit deutlich salinen Noten. <\/p>\n<h5>Mund<\/h5>\n<p> &#8220;Salz!&#8221;, schreit es am Gaumen im ersten Antrunk und wiederholt aus voller Brust: &#8220;Salz!&#8221; Pikanter Auftritt mit klarem Statement, dem auch die Frucht gern folgt. Ebenfalls pikant zeigt sich die Agrume, in diesem Stadium der Reife gern als Grapefruit und deren \u00d6le, die dem Salz locker die Stange halten. Will sagen: Hier ist alles straff, nichts wabbelt oder ergeht sich in populistischem Fruchtgummi.
