Informationen zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Aus zwei Hektar auf 230 Metern H\u00f6he in der Appellation Pouilly-Vinzelles von 40 bis 55 Jahre alten Chardonnay-Reben auf Lehm- und Kalkboden aus dem Bajocium (Jura) stammt dieser Wein. Handlese vom 23. bis 29. August 2022 (auf dem Etikett steht September, was aber ein Copy & Paste-Fehler ist). Es folgten Ganztraubenpressung und Spontanverg\u00e4rung, danach Ausbau zu 80 % im Tank und zu 20 % in Pi\u00e8ces von 228 Litern mit 100-%iger malolaktischer G\u00e4rung. Der Gesamtschwefel betr\u00e4gt 36 mg\/l, der pH-Wert 3,24. <\/p>\n

Der 2022er Pouilly-Vinzelles von La Soufrandi\u00e8re ist ein Chardonnay, der im Duft eher scheu wirkt und ganz sicher scheuer als sein Zen-Pendant, in dem noch etwas weniger Sulfite verwendet wurden. Es duftet zitrisch und nach knackigen Birnen- und Apfelnoten, etwas gelber Pflaume und Karambole. Dazu kommt ein warmer, cremiger Aspekt mit ein wenig Patisserie, dann wiederum eine kalkige Note, garniert mit wei\u00dfen Bl\u00fcten. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen wirkt der Chardonnay seidig, saftig, rund und sinnlich mit einer reifen Zitrus- und Kernobstfrucht, sowie wei\u00dfem Pfirsich. Die S\u00e4urestruktur ist zwar markant und doch recht seidig und tr\u00e4gt so zum sinnlichen Eindruck bei, der bis ins lange Finale pr\u00e4sent bleibt, wo der Wein bis zum Schluss von einem Gerbstoff getragen wird.<\/p>\n

Der Pouilly-Vinzelles 2022 ist eine Selektion von fast der H\u00e4lfte des Les Quartz mit einem kleinen Anteil Au Bourgeois direkt vor dem Les Bouchardi\u00e8res. Ich sch\u00e4tze die ausgepr\u00e4gten Aromen: Obstgartenfr\u00fcchte vermischen sich mit Kerzenwachs und einem Hauch von Lanolin. Am Gaumen ist er sch\u00f6n ausgewogen mit spritzigen Marmeladen- und Clementinennoten. Er hat eine ausgepr\u00e4gte S\u00e4ure, aber im Abgang fehlt ihm etwas Komplexit\u00e4t.
