Die Lage befindet sich etwas westlich des Ortskerns auf tiefgr\u00fcndigem verwitterten Granit. Die Rebst\u00f6cke des Gamay Noir \u00e0 Jus Blanc, wie er vollst\u00e4ndig hei\u00dft, sind rund 50 Jahre alt und erbringen zwischen 25 und 35 hl\/ha. Nach Handlese und Sortierung wurden ganze Trauben eingesetzt. Unbesch\u00e4digte Beeren wurden auf den Grund des Betoncuves gelegt, angequetschte dar\u00fcber, sodass der Gamay rund 15 Tage lang eine Mac\u00e9ration semi-carbonique durchlaufen konnte. Der Wein wurde danach f\u00fcr ein Jahr im gebrauchten Holz ausgebaut. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> mitteldichtes Granatrot <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Der La Rochelle ist ein wunderbar klarer und hell-aromatischer 2019er Moulin-\u00e0-Vent. Er erinnert an Rote Johannisbeeren und Berberitzen, an Sauerkirschen und reife Himbeeren und weist dezente Noten von Pflaumen auf, die mit ein wenig Vanille und Zimt eingekocht wurden. <\/p>\n<h5>Gaumen<\/h5>\n<p> Am Gaumen verbindet der Wein die leicht s\u00fc\u00dfen und vanilligen Elemente mit Noten von Rauch, Erde und etwas Trockenholz. Der Moulin-\u00e0-Vent besitzt eine lebendige S\u00e4ure und ein feines Tannin.
