Info zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Die Lage Champ de Cour in Moulin-\u00e0-Vent umfasst 31 Hektar, von denen die Chastels 1,2 Hektar besitzen. Die Lage befindet sich s\u00fcd\u00f6stlich des Ortskerns auf tiefgr\u00fcndigem verwittertem Granit sowie auf Piedmont, altem alluvialem Schwemmland. Der Gamay noir \u00e0 jus blanc, wie er vollst\u00e4ndig hei\u00dft \u2013 es gibt auch durchgef\u00e4rbten F\u00e4rber-Gamay \u2013, ist rund 50 Jahre alt und erbringt zwischen 25 und 35 hl\/ha. Nach Handlese und Sortierung wurden ganze Trauben eingesetzt. Unbesch\u00e4digte Beeren wurden auf den Grund des Betoncuves gelegt, angequetschte dar\u00fcber, sodass der Gamay eine Mac\u00e9ration semi-carbonique durchlaufen konnte. Der Wein wurde danach f\u00fcr ein Jahr im Zementtank ausgebaut. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der verf\u00fchrerische Duft erinnert an einen ganzen Korb von roten und dunklen Fr\u00fcchten wie Sauerkirschen, Himbeeren, Brombeeren, Zwetschgen und Granatapfel. Fein ziseliert wird dieses Aroma durchdrungen von Orangenzesten, zugleich von S\u00fc\u00dfholz, Assamtee und Veilchenpastillen. Man ist geneigt, bereits in seinem bet\u00f6renden Duft zu versinken. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Saftig, mit w\u00fcrziger Note und wundersch\u00f6n pr\u00e4gnant zeigt sich der 2020er Moulin-\u00e0-Vent Champ de Cour auf der Zunge, ein wirklich tiefgr\u00fcndiger Beaujolais, der Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be setzt. Durch seine fleischige, kraftvolle und von Gew\u00fcrzen und Pfeffer gepr\u00e4gte Struktur ist er der perfekte Begleiter zu kr\u00e4ftigen Eint\u00f6pfen, zu Wild und zu pikanten K\u00e4sen.<\/p>\n
