Information zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Dieser Schaumwein stammt aus dem Artadi-Weingut im baskischen Guip\u00fazcoa. Dort liegt das Zentrum der Txakoli-Produktion direkt an der Atlantikk\u00fcste. Dieser lokale Wein aus den Sorten Hondarribi Zuri und kleinen Anteilen Hondarribi Beltza ist im Baskenland ber\u00fchmt, dar\u00fcber hinaus aber nur selten zu finden. Der \u00fcbliche Txakoli ist ein leicht moussierender, trockener und frischer Wein. Artadi vinifiziert aus den Txakoli-Rebsorten allerdings einen Jahrgangsschaumwein nach m\u00e9thode traditionelle, der lange auf der Hefe lag. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der Schaumwein aus dem Baskenland ist ein so eleganter wie frischer und atlantischer Vertreter seiner Spezies. Es duftet nach Noten von gelben \u00c4pfeln und Birnen, gelben und gr\u00fcnen zitrischen Noten, salziger Brise und nassem Stein. Dazu wird es schnell cremig und sinnlich, denn der Sch\u00e4umer erinnert an frischen Kuchenteig und viel Brioche mit reifem Steinobst und etwas Vanille. Ganz nebenbei findet man Noten von Zitronenmelisse, Minze. Jod und Austerschale. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen \u00fcbt der Izar-Leku von Beginn an ordentlich Druck auf den Gaumen aus. Auch hier ist alles auf Frische und Finesse ausgelegt. Der lange Ausbau sur lattes liefert ein feines Mousseux. Neben den Aromen von Zitrus und Kernobst findet man zudem Reineclauden und etwas Kalk, Gerbstoff und den herb frischen Aspekt von Salzzitrone. Ja, gerade die leicht salzige, sich perfekt integrierende Note setzt das i-T\u00fcpfelchen auf diesen gelungenen Sch\u00e4umer, der auch am Gaumen mit Cremigkeit, leichtem Brioche und R\u00f6staromen zu punkten wei\u00df. <\/p>\n
