Die Grenache aus der Navarra wirkt angekommen im Glas. Die paar Jahre Flaschenreife stehen ihm sehr gut und er konnte das prim\u00e4rfruchtige Gewand ablegen. Cassis, S\u00fc\u00dfkirschen und Pflaume schwirren im Glas. Viel mehr lebt er allerdings von Nelke, Kardamom und Wacholder. Etwas Baumrinde, Fichtennadeln sowie Zedernholz hinterlassen deutlich etherische Spuren. Wei\u00dfer Pfeffer und Zimt runden ihn gelungen ab. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Im Antrunk wirkt er ph\u00e4nomenal k\u00fchl. Der Grenache lebt zum Gl\u00fcck von einer packenden S\u00e4urestruktur. Mit viel Zug und Trinkfluss bahnt er sich seinen weg. Dabei wirkt er erstaunlich linear und schlank. Die Frucht wirkt kleinbeerig und s\u00e4uerlich. Die Aromen der Nase kommen in \u00e4hnlicher Zusammenstellung wieder zur Geltung. Im Nachhall ist er noch lange pr\u00e4sent und pr\u00e4sentiert vor allem Sauerkirsche in gro\u00dfen Dosen.<\/p>\n

\u00dcberraschenderweise fand ich im 2016er Pasos de San Mart\u00edn mehr mediterrane Noten von Kr\u00e4utern, Oregano und sonnengetrockneten Tomaten als im 2017er Santa Cruz de Artazu, trotz des k\u00fchleren Jahrgangs und der k\u00fchleren Zone in San Mart\u00edn de Unx. Dieser Wein reifte nur sieben Monate in 500-Liter-F\u00e4ssern aus franz\u00f6sischer Eiche, und die Eiche wirkt sehr gut integriert, der Wein wirkt blumig und fruchtig. Eine intensive Veilchennote ist stets sp\u00fcrbar. Er ist sch\u00f6n strukturiert, mit feink\u00f6rnigen, kalkigen Tanninen und mehr Frische am Gaumen, als die Nase vermuten l\u00e4sst. 24.000 Flaschen produziert.

Tiefes, leuchtendes Granatrot. Kr\u00e4ftige rote und dunkle Beeren, Gew\u00fcrze und florale Noten zeichnen sich durch feine Struktur und mineralische Frische aus. Saftig und konzentriert am Gaumen, mit lebendigen Aromen von schwarzen Himbeeren, Kirschen und Boysenbeeren, die sich mit der Luft stetig vertiefen und ausbreiten.
