Auf den Schieferh\u00e4ngen von Porrera stehen auch vereinzelt wei\u00dfe Rebsorten und die Tendenz ist steigend. Auf 0,9ha werden 26 Jahre alte Reben kultiviert sowie erg\u00e4nzend 4 Jahre junge Reben auf 0,73ha. Die Reben sind nach S\u00fcdost bis S\u00fcdwest ausgerichtet. Ausbau und Reife erfolgen zu 7\u00df0% in gebrauchten F\u00e4ssern sowie zu 30% in Betoneiern. Die Temperatur wird dabei reguliert. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Ein spannender und charakterstarker Wein steht vor uns im Glas. Er zeigt seine mediterrane Herkunft und ist doch dabei v\u00f6llig im Reinen mit sich. Ein wahrer Ruhepol. Ein Wein, der v\u00f6llig ohne Frucht auszukommen scheint. Die Garrigue, die Aromen von Pinienhainen sowie Thymian, Salbei und Rosmarin sind pr\u00e4gend in ihm. Seine etherische Seite ist jedoch eher in getrockneter Form wahrzunehmen. Der Duft erinnert etwas an trockene Schotterpisten in kalkigen oder kreidigen Regionen. Reint\u00f6nig zeigt er uns die Mandelbl\u00fcte sowie frische gehackte Mandeln. Mirabelle, Birne und Quitte \u00f6ffnen sich zun\u00e4chst hell und zaghaft. Im Verlauf f\u00e4rbt sich die Frucht dann durchaus gelber. Dadurch wird Platz geschaffen f\u00fcr Khaki. Kurkuma und Kubeben-Pfeffer sorgen f\u00fcr eine angenehme W\u00fcrze. Vegetabil wirkt er durch frisch gerieben Fenchel und Fenchelstrunk nebst Artischocke. \u00a0 <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt er eins zu eins die Vorstellungen aus der Nase. Puristisch, linear und kalkig zugleich. Dies beschreibt das Mundgef\u00fchl sehr treffend f\u00fcr mich. Bei moderater, wohldosierter S\u00e4ure bleibt Platz f\u00fcr seine klare, mineralische Seite. die S\u00e4ure sei in diesem Zusammenhang noch in Verbindung mit den klimatischen Bedingungen vor Ort als herausragend eingestuft. Selten hatte ich einen so spannenden Wei\u00dfwein aus dem Priorat im Glas, der dies gekonnt in Szene setzen kann. Die Frucht bleibt auch am Gaumen moderat und nur langsam aufbauend. Das ganze basiert auf einer breiten, dichten und w\u00e4rmenden Struktur auf, der es gelingt Eleganz gleicherma\u00dfen auszustrahlen wie Gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigkeit. Auch im Nachhall bleibt er seiner puristischen, mediterranen Art treu.<\/p>\n

Der Planetes de Nin Carinyena Blanca 2023 hat eine gro\u00dfe Ver\u00e4nderung erfahren. Der Maischekontakt wurde eingestellt, und das Profil des Weines hat sich ver\u00e4ndert; er ist deutlich ausdrucksst\u00e4rker, offener und blumiger, zugleich aber auch seri\u00f6ser, mineralischer und feingliedriger. Er reifte zu 70 % im Fass und zu 30 % in Betoneiern. Er hat einen w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack mit tiefen Aromen und einer kalkigen Textur. Mit 13,2 % Alkohol ist er reifer, was eine st\u00e4rkere Entwicklung der Aromen und Geschmacksrichtungen im Wein bedeutet. Man geht davon aus, dass er teilweise von Hanglagen und zuvor von flachen Weinbergen stammt. Es wurden 6.350 Flaschen produziert. Die Abf\u00fcllung erfolgte im April 2024.
