Durch Ihre Arbeit als Bodegamanagerin und \u00d6nologin beim Weingut Clos i Terasses (Clos Erasmus) hat sie jede Menge Erfahrung in der Bereitung von Weinen der Weltspitzenklasse gesammelt. Die Parzelle Mas den Ca\u00e7ador, die die Grundlage f\u00fcr den Nit de Nin bildet, geh\u00f6rt zweifelsohne zu den spektakul\u00e4rsten und besten Lagen der Region Priorat. Doch diese besondere Lage fordert auch ihren Tribut. Die Arbeit im Weinberg ist nur mit dem Maultier m\u00f6glich, was angesichts der extremen Steillage keine leichte Aufgabe ist. Dieser 100%ige Garnatxa, der mit ganzen Trauben vergoren wurde, besticht durch ausdrucksstarke Aromen von Lavendel, Veilchen und Kr\u00e4utern, die sich \u00fcber einen Kirsch-Erdbeer-Kern legen. Am Gaumen ist er trocken und schlank, mit einem leichten, talkartigen Mundgef\u00fchl, das eine \u00e4therische und reine Pers\u00f6nlichkeit vermittelt.
