Er stammt aus einem Weingarten namens El Pl\u00e0 de Manlleu in Ester Nins Heimat in Alt Pened\u00e8s. Sie und Carles Ortiz haben dort auf einem Hektar einen gemischten Satz aus Roussanne, Marsanne, Chenin blanc und Parellada Montonega gepflanzt. Die Reben stehen in 750 Metern H\u00f6he auf Ton und Kalkstein. Nach der Ernte werden die Trauben langsam gepresst und f\u00fcr 2 Tage mit Schale und Stielen mazeriert, die spontane Verg\u00e4rung fand im Barrique statt. Anschlie\u00dfend reifte er f\u00fcr 8 Monate in 9 Barriques (300 l), 1 Barrique (225 l) und 3 Jahre in der Flasche. <\/p>\n

Der 2019er Selma de Nin ist ein strahlender Wein. Aromen von Limette, Grapefruit, Orange, Aprikose und junger Mango sind direkt nach dem Einschenken allgegenw\u00e4rtig, vermischt mit floralen Duft- und feinen R\u00f6stnoten von Vanille, Milchkaffee und Krokant, die auf den gekonnten und subtilen Einfluss des vorangegangenen Ausbaus im kleinen Holzfass verweisen. Eine immense k\u00fchle Frische pr\u00e4gt den Auftakt und weckt die Sehnsucht nach dem ersten Schluck. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen befindet sich dieser Top-Wei\u00dfwein in Bestform, mit einer saftigen hellen Frucht, die auf der Zunge Birne und Quitte zeigt, und zugleich einer animierenden S\u00e4ure, die an die Zitrusfr\u00fcchte der Nase erinnert. Der moderate Alkohol von 12,5 Vol% unterstreicht die pure Eleganz und l\u00e4sst ihn zum perfekten Speisenbegleiter zu einer feinen und eleganten K\u00fcche werden, dabei kann man ihn getrost auch noch ein paar Jahre lagern.
