Der \u00e4ltere 2014 Celler Batlle Brut Nature ist der erste Jahrgang dieses Weins aus 75 % Xarel.lo und 25 % Macabeo vom Weinberg Font Jui, der ohne Zuckerzusatz (als Brut Nature) angeboten wird. Er vergoren und reifte in der Flasche auf der Hefe unter einem Naturkorken, der dem Wein durch die Zugabe des alten Solera-Rancio-Weins eine w\u00fcrzigere Note (Curry) verleiht. 2014 war ein k\u00fchleres Jahr mit mehr Regen (sogar mehr als 2013), und es wurden einige \u00c4nderungen vorgenommen, haupts\u00e4chlich die Null-D\u00f3sage im Wein, ohne Zuckerzusatz, was sogar die Textur des Weins verbessert zu haben scheint. Er ist superlecker, w\u00fcrzig und trocken. Ich denke, dies muss der bisher beste Jahrgang von Celler Batlle sein. 7.000 Flaschen produziert. Er wurde im Oktober 2023 degorgiert, neun Jahre nach der Ernte. Ab 2015 wird es einige \u00c4nderungen geben, die von einem bestimmten Lieu-dit oder \u201eParaje\u201c ausgehen.
