Die Biodynamie \u00fcber Jahre greift hier im Weinberg nun v\u00f6llig, so dass Jahr f\u00fcr Jahr harmonischere Reifergebnisse entstehen. Der Weinberg steht im Montsant auf sandigen und kalkigen B\u00f6den. Auf ca. 230m N.N. sind die 85-j\u00e4rhigen Reben mit einer Pflanzdichte von 1.500 Reben je Hektar gepflanzt. Dies f\u00f6rdert seine W\u00fcrze, die mal eben schnell den ganzen Raum einnimmt. Diese W\u00fcrze vereint Erdigkeit mit reichlich balsamischen Nuancen. Kalk, nasser Waldboden und Unterholz bestimmen diesen ersten Moment., darunter mischen sich mediterrane Kr\u00e4uter wie Salbei und Rosmarin neben schwarzer Olive. Assam-Tee sorgt f\u00fcr einen gewissen Tiefgang und eien kurzen Zen-Moment. Leder, Pfeffer, Wacholder und sogar Lakritz intensivieren diesen Gedanken. Nun kommt zaghaft die Frucht in Fahrt. Dunkle Kirschen, Hagebutte und Brombeere bauen sich mit Geduld im Glas auf. <\/p>\n<h5>Gaumen<\/h5>\n<p> Am Gaumen flie\u00dft er etwa ruppig und rustikal \u00fcber die Lippen. Sein Tannin kleidet den Mundraum aus. Man sollte unbedingt dekantieren, um das vorhandene Sediment zu trennen. Aber es pr\u00e4gt ihn auch auf positive Art. Ein nat\u00fcrlicher, intensiver Wein, der einen auch sprachlos zur\u00fcckl\u00e4sst. Er l\u00f6st Faszination und Begeisterung aus. sein Charakter, seine maskuline Art m\u00fcnden sanft in der W\u00fcrze. Darin geht er auf. Die intensiven Aromen der Nase spiegelt er auch am Gaumen und im Nachhall wider. Langanhaltend und ausgewogen.
