Informationen zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Als dieser Champagner 1988 erstmals ver\u00f6ffentlich wurde, hie\u00df er Vieille Vigne de Cramant. Da die Larmandiers aber st\u00e4ndig Cramant erkl\u00e4ren mussten, weil es als Cr\u00e9mant verstanden wurde, haben sie diesen Einzellagenwein irgendwann umbenannt, der Parzellenname dieser Cuv\u00e9e lautet n\u00e4mlich Bourron du Levant. Levant bedeutet Osten, und die Weinbergsparzelle profitiert von den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Morgen. Die alten Rebst\u00f6cke sind zwischen 56 und mehr als 80 Jahren alt. Die Trauben werden sanft gepresst, der Saft wird leicht gekl\u00e4rt und kommt dann direkt ins Holz. Die alkoholische und die malolaktische G\u00e4rung beginnen spontan in Stockinger-F\u00e4ssern und -Fudern. Die Weine reifen im ersten Jahr auf der Hefe, ohne dass sie gefiltert oder gesch\u00f6nt werden. Die Tirage findet im Juli statt. Es gibt keinen Verschnitt mit anderen Jahrg\u00e4ngen und mit anderen Terroirs. In den Flaschen reift der Champagner sieben oder acht Jahre sur lattes. Jede Flasche wird sechs Monate vor ihrer Freigabe von Hand degorgiert. Die Dosage liegt bei 2 Gramm. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der Vieille Vigne aus Cramant ist ein Wein mit viel Substanz, der im Portfolio immer am reifsten und auch opulentesten wirkt, was am Terroir liegt. Der 2014er verf\u00fchrt in der Nase mit Noten von reifem, m\u00fcrbem und von knackigem Steinobst, frischem Sauerteigbrot, Buttergeb\u00e4ck und s\u00fc\u00dfen Gew\u00fcrzen. Dazu kommt ein Hauch von Honig, Kamille und Heublumen und ein wenig Eiche. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert sich der Champagner opulent und auskleidend mit viel reifem Agrumen und Steinobst. Der Levant wirkt cremig und besitzt gleichzeitig eine gute Portion Gerbstoff. Hinzu kommt eine S\u00e4urestruktur die f\u00fcr ordentlich Druck am Gaumen sorgt und im Finale noch von einer vibrierenden Mineralit\u00e4t begleitet wird.<\/p>\n
