perfekte Balance von Reife und Frische! \u201eAD\u201c ist eine Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr \u201eAnno Domini\u201c, aber in diesem Fall hat der Name des Champagners nichts mit einer Jahreszahl zu tun. \u201eAD 191\u201c sind die Katasterkoordinaten der Parzelle La Cerisi\u00e8re im Grand Cru Chouilly. Es ist eine Parzelle, die Jean-Pierre Vazart jahrelang begeistert probiert und sie 2016 erstmals einzeln ausgebaut hat. Sie ist klein und der Champagner nicht zuletzt wegen des Jahresverlaufs rar. So sind gerade einmal 1.640 Flaschen entstanden. Die Parzelle wurde schon damals \u00f6kologisch bewirtschaftet, war aber im Gegensatz zu heute noch nicht zertifiziert. Der Boden ist kreide- und kalkhaltig mit geringer Tiefe, die Chardonnay-Reben bereits \u201eVieilles Vignes\u201c und liefern eine sehr gute Grundlage f\u00fcr diesen Einzellagen-Champagner. 2016 entwickelte sich zun\u00e4chst als schwieriger Jahrgang. Unerbittlich waren die Sp\u00e4tfr\u00f6ste, die im April weite Teile der Fruchtans\u00e4tze zerst\u00f6rten. Von Mai bis Juli gab es heftige Regenf\u00e4lle und im Juli setzte endlich warmes und trockenes Wetter ein, die Temperaturen stiegen und im August zog sogar eine Hitzewelle \u00fcber die Region. Kurz vor der Lese kam es erneut zu Regenf\u00e4llen und die Erntemenge ging um etwa ein Drittel zur\u00fcck, vor allem bei den gro\u00dfen, eher unflexiblen Erzeugern. Bei Vazart-Coquart war man besser aufgestellt und konnte zwar wenige aber sehr gute Trauben ins Weingut bringen. Der Grundwein des \u201eParcellaire AD 191\u201c Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut von 2016 wurde im Stahltank ausgebaut und einem biologischen S\u00e4ureabbau unterzogen. Nachdem die Flaschen im Mai 2017 zur zweiten G\u00e4rung \u201esur lattes\u201c gelegt wurden, hat man sie im Mai 2023 ger\u00fcttelt und schlie\u00dflich im Juni 2023 mit 1 Gramm Dosage degorgiert. Der Champagner pr\u00e4sentiert sich in einer intensiven kupfernen Farbe. Nach dem ersten wilden Aufsch\u00e4umen wird die Perlage sehr fein. Sowohl im Glas als auch am Gaumen. Das Bukett ist einladend und verf\u00fchrerisch und zeugt von einem Chardonnay der C\u00f4te des Blancs, der Zeit zum Reifen hatte. Wei\u00dfer Nougat und warmer Bl\u00e4tterteig mit Vanillecremef\u00fcllung, dazu reife Zitrusnoten mit kandierten Orangenschalen und einem Hauch von kandiertem Ingwer, gepaart mit einer leicht jodigen und auch kreidigen Note. Eigentlich m\u00f6chte man sich l\u00e4nger in diesen Duft vertiefen, andererseits will man auch probieren \u2013 und das macht mindestens genauso viel Spa\u00df! Es ist ein reifer und doch frischer, seidiger und doch spannender Champagner, der all die k\u00f6stlichen Aromen des Bouquets aufgreift und sie mit der bereits erw\u00e4hnten feinen Perlage, aber auch mit einer ganz feinen S\u00fc\u00dfe und einer lebendigen Mineralit\u00e4t mischt. Hier schmeckt man noch mehr Nougat, oder auch warme Croissants mit Mandel- und Tonkacremef\u00fcllung. Dazu kommen reif zitrische Noten und etwas saftiges Steinobst, kreidige Aspekte und ein ganz feiner Extrakt, der sich bis ins lange Finale h\u00e4lt. So entsteht eine Melange aus Frische und F\u00fclle, Lebendigkeit und Charme, die diesen Jahrgangschampagner zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht. Ein Champagner f\u00fcr jetzt und die n\u00e4chsten sechs bis acht Jahre. <\/p>\n
