Informationen zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Der Vazart-Coquart \u00bb82\/16\u00ab Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru stammt aus Grand-Cru-Lagen in Chouilly. Das Alter der Chardonnay-Reben dort betr\u00e4gt im Durchschnitt 45 Jahre. Die Reben wurzeln tief in Belemnit-Kreide. Das Weingut befand sich in Umstellung auf nachhaltigen und \u00f6kologischen Weinbau. Die erste zertifizierte Bio-Lese erfolgte 2020. Dieser Champagner stammt ausschlie\u00dflich aus der R\u00e9serve perp\u00e9tuelle, also aus einer Solera, die 1982 begonnen wurde, von der jedes Jahr 40 % genutzt und wieder aufgef\u00fcllt werden. Die letzte Auff\u00fcllung erfolgte 2016, als der Grundwein f\u00fcr diesen Champagner entnommen wurde \u2013 daher \u00bb82\/16\u00ab. Der Grundwein wurde in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks vergoren und durchlief eine malolaktische G\u00e4rung. Gef\u00fcllt wurden die Flaschen im Mai 2018. \u00a0Degorgiert wurde der Champagner im Juli 2022 mit 0 Gramm Dosage. Es wurden 1.690 Flaschen erzeugt. <\/p>\n

Der 82\/16 ist ein eleganter und feiner Champagner, der gleichzeitig \u2013\u00a0obwohl ja der \u00e4lteste Teil der Solera bei der F\u00fcllung schon 36 Jahre alt war \u2013 frisch und \u00e4u\u00dferst lebendig wirkt. Der Blanc de Blancs bietet Noten von Vanillekipferln und Fr\u00fcchtebrot, Mandelcr\u00e8me, Lindenbl\u00fcten sowie ein wenig Lemoncurd und Yuzu. \u00a0 <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Auch am Gaumen wirkt der Wein mit dem hohen R\u00e9serve-Anteil beeindruckend frisch, sorgt aber auch f\u00fcr reife Frucht- und Autolyse-Noten. Es ist ein Champagner mit Finesse, Seidigkeit und Charme, runden Steinobstnoten, roten Beeren und zitrischen und zestigen Noten sowie einen angenehmen S\u00e4uredruck, der perfekt mit dem eleganten Mousseux harmoniert. Auch im Finale findet man neben der Frucht wieder einen Hauch Vanille, aber auch ein wenig Mokka und leicht anger\u00f6stete N\u00fcsse. Ein feiner Wein!<\/p>\n
