Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Lacourte-Godbillon Brut Nature, Premier Cru L2019+R\u00e9serve NV <\/p>\n

Das Weingut von G\u00e9raldine Lacourte und ihrem Mann Richard Desvignes liegt in \u00c9cueil im Herzen der Petit Montagne de Reims. Sie konzentrieren sich ganz auf die 1er Cru Lagen in diesem Ort, haben dadurch kurze Wege und verbringen sehr viel Zeit in ihren Weinbergen. Der Betrieb wurde 2016 auf biologischen Weinbau umgestellt. Beide haben viel von der Welt gesehen und sich erst sp\u00e4t entschieden, das Weingut von G\u00e9raldines Eltern zu \u00fcbernehmen. G\u00e9raldine hat jahrelang in Deutschland im Marketing gearbeitet, sodass auch der Stil des Weinguts eher modern ausf\u00e4llt. Die Grundweine werden im Edelstahl vergoren und machen nicht unbedingt den biologischen S\u00e4ureabbau. Nur ein Teil wird im Barrique ausgebaut. Sehr klar, pr\u00e4zise und straff spiegeln sie ihre Herkunft wider, stets gepr\u00e4gt von feiner Frucht und eleganter Tiefgr\u00fcndigkeit. Der Brut Nature Premier Cru ist eine Assemblage aus 54 % Pinot Noir und 46 % Chardonnay mit Basisweinen aus 2019 sowie 20 % Reserveweinen. Der Wein lag f\u00fcr neun Monate auf der Hefe und wurde zu 66 % in gebrauchtem Holz ausgebaut, bevor er im Juli 2020 gef\u00fcllt wurde. Degorgiert wurde am 6. M\u00e4rz 2024, die Dosage betr\u00e4gt 0 Gramm. <\/p>\n

Die Nase balanciert zwischen zitrisch-fruchtigen und salzig-jodigen Autolysenoten: Zitronat, Zitronen\u00f6l, Mesokarp und Salzzitronen f\u00fcllen den Fruchtkorb und sind untermalt von kalkigen Akzenten, die an Austernschalen und eine regennasse Kiesauffahrt vor einem linksufrigen Bordeaux Ch\u00e2teau erinnern. Aromen nach Getreide, R\u00f6stmalz sowie distinktive Autolysenoten nach warmem Hefezopf versprechen ein kreidig-karges Champagner-Vergn\u00fcgen. <\/p>\n

Der Premier Cru Brut Nature von Lacourte-Godbillon zeigt sich im Antrunk ungest\u00fcm mit freigeistigem Naturell. Selbstbewusst fu\u00dft sein nat\u00fcrlicher Stil im hefegepr\u00e4gten Genre und zeigt sich dessen ungeachtet fokussiert, extraktreich und mit deklarierten 0 Gramm Dosage knochentrocken. Markant mit sehniger Statur und vibrierender Spannung am Gaumen polarisiert er und ist eher Autorenkino als Popcorn-Blockbuster. Seine dezente rauchige Mineralik und sein salines, karges Finish verleihen ihm einen Touch Nouvelle Vague mit markantem Nachhall. <\/p>\n
