Mit viel Saft und Schmelz besticht er im Antrunk und ist unterlegt mit Aromen nach Speck, Lorbeer und Wacholder. Seine transparente Frische und filigrane S\u00e4urestruktur akkreditieren ihn zum perfekten Barbaresco f\u00fcr den jetzigen Verzehr &#8211; oder f\u00fcr die Wartezeit, bis die 2016er reif sind. <\/p>\n<h5>Informationen zum Wein<\/h5>\n<p> Der Nebbiolo stammt aus der Lage Curr\u00e1 in Neive. Curr\u00e1 umfasst 2,8 Hektar in s\u00fcds\u00fcdwestlicher Ausrichtung. Die Reben sind zwischen 55 und 75 Jahre alt und stehen auf reinem Kalkstein. Der durchschnittliche Ertrag liegt bei 40 hl\/ha. Alle Lagen von Sottimano werden seit den fr\u00fchen 1970er Jahren biologisch bewirtschaftet. Die Frucht wurde entrappt, bis zu drei Monaten vergoren und auf der Maische belassen, wobei der Tresterhut w\u00e4hrend der G\u00e4rung in offenen Edelstahlg\u00e4rst\u00e4ndern regelm\u00e4\u00dfig untergesto\u00dfen wurde. Ausgebaut wurde der Wein in F\u00e4ssern von Fran\u00e7ois Fr\u00e8re. Rund 15 % waren Neuholz, der Rest ein- bis vierj\u00e4hrig. Die Reifezeit im Fass betrug rund 24 Monate. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> leicht transparentes Rubinrot mit ziegelfarbenen Reflexen <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Der 2019er \u00bbCurr\u00e1\u00ab pr\u00e4sentiert die Lage mit typischen Noten von Veilchen, Anis- und Fenchelsamen, etwas Lorbeer und bestem Kubebenpfeffer \u00fcber einer Lage von saftigen Schwarz- und Sauerkirschen, etwas Zwetschge, Tabak und zersto\u00dfenem Kalk. Der Wein wirkt transparent und klar. <\/p>\n<h5>Mund<\/h5>\n<p> Am Gaumen sorgen die Lage und das Jahr f\u00fcr ein doppeltes Ma\u00df an nerv\u00f6s agiler Spannung bei diesem fleischig saftigen Barbaresco. Das Tannin zeigt sich straff, die Struktur fest und drahtig, der Wein ist voller Energie wie auch Spannung und dabei voll von dunklen saftigen Fr\u00fcchten und feinen Kr\u00e4uter-, Tabak- und
