In dieser Parzelle stehen 70 Jahre alten Frappato-Reben. Der Vorbesitzer hat einen zentral gelegenen alten Baum als Ausrichtung der Reihen innerhalb der Parzelle gew\u00e4hlt. Der Aufbau der Parzelle ist einzigartig. Die Rebenstehen hier knapp 200m \u00fcber Meeresh\u00f6he. Im Boden findet man roten Sand sowie reichlich Tuffstein darunter. In der letzten Septemberwoche wurde hier 2022 gelesen. In Zementtanks wird mit nat\u00fcrlichen Hefen vergoren. Ganze 20 Tage bleibt die Maische im Kontakt mit dem Most \u2013 also auch w\u00e4hrend der G\u00e4rung. Abschlie\u00dfend reifen die Weine f\u00fcr 20 Monate in ovalen 20hl-Zementtanks. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

PT wirkt voller Finesse und einem leisen Auftritt. Neben den anderen beiden Lagen dieser Serie weist PT f\u00fcr mich die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Spannung und Tiefe auf. Frucht und W\u00fcrze stehen im Einklang. Sauerkirche und Schattenmorelle mit einem Hauch Himbeere sowie nicht perfekt gereiften Brombeeren. Duch letztere kommt etwas herbes, gr\u00fcnes hinzu. Er bietet viele glatte, steinige und k\u00fchle Elemente. Die Kr\u00e4uteraromen zeigen sich im Hintergrund. Ge\u00e4st und Waldboden sorgen f\u00fcr Tiefgr\u00fcndigkeit. Wacholder, Piment und Pfeffer kommen leise daher. Rosmarin, Thymian und Pinienhaine dr\u00fccken ihm noch ordentlich ihren Stempel auf. Eine leichte Sch\u00e4rfe bildet sich noch im Verlauf der Nase. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Der PT weist ein feink\u00f6rniges, strukturiertes Tannin auf. Seine S\u00e4ure baut sich langsam, aber akribisch auf. Bei angenehmer Adstringenz fordert dies uns heraus. Geradlinig und straff. Er wirkt animierend und regt den Speichelfluss an. Bei hoher Eleganz w\u00fcrde man hier deutlich eher \u201ecool climate\u201c verordnen. Er streckt sich skelettiert und karg in die L\u00e4nge. Durch das Tanninger\u00fcst wird die Frucht mit reichlich Ecken und Kanten versorgt. Hintenraus zeigt sich dann die feine, w\u00fcrzige Aromatik. Die Aromen bleiben leise und subtil. Dennoch gelingt es den etherischen Nuancen Frische und Lebendigkeit zu hinterlassen. <\/p>\n
