Im Jahre 1994 machte Francesco Leanza das Land urbar, dass heute als
\nPodere Salicutti bekannt ist. Dem Hang abgerungen pflanzte er die Reben,
\narrondiert um die Cantina, dem Herzst\u00fcck des Betriebes. Insgesamt 11 Hektar
\nLand umfassen die Latifundien von Salicutti, die sich auf 4,5 Hektar Reben,
\neinen Olivenhain und Wald verteilen. Im Jahr 2015 haben Sabine und Felix
\nEichbauer den Betrieb \u00fcbernommen und f\u00fchren den biologischen Anspruch Leanzas
\nkonsequent weiter fort – mit kritisch-reflektiertem Blick auf den Einfluss von
\nMensch und Kulturtechnik. Podere Salicutti ist das erste biologisch
\nzertifizierte Weingut Montalcinos. Die 1994 gepflanzten Reben stehen in B\u00f6den,
\ndie niemals mit konventionellen Spritzmitteln in Kontakt kamen.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Die 1,5 Hektar gro\u00dfe Cru Sorgente liegt auf 450 Metern hinter der
\nCantina. Sie hat schwere Ton- und Sandb\u00f6den sowie steinige Galestro-B\u00f6den, was
\ndie Trauben immer etwas sp\u00e4ter ausreifen l\u00e4sst. Gelegen \u00fcber einer
\nunterirdischen Wasserquelle gibt es wenig hydrischen Stress, die schweren B\u00f6den
\nergeben frische, facettenreiche Weine mit vergleichsweise niedrigerem Alkohol
\nfeiner Tanninstruktur. Die Reifeverz\u00f6gerung Sorgentes ist hinsichtlich der
\nKlimaerw\u00e4rmung ein klarer Gewinn.<\/p>\n

Der 2020 Sorgente von Salicutti er\u00f6ffnet in der Nase mit einem
\nriesigen Korb vollreifer Kirschen. Unterlegt von milden Gew\u00fcrznoten wird er
\nkonturiert vom Duft nach schwarzem Kardamom, Wacholder und Lorbeer, hinzu
\nkommen r\u00f6stige Holzw\u00fcrze, etwas Rauch sowie Sandelholz und Vetiver.
\nVielschichtig und facettenreich ist die Nase in steter Bewegung und verlangt
\ndaher unmissverst\u00e4ndlich nach den gro\u00dfen Gl\u00e4sern.<\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

Supersaftig im Antrunk mit glockenklarer Kirsche wird die
\nausladende und pr\u00e4zise Frucht konturiert von den feingliedrigen Gerbstoffen.
\nEngmaschig wirken sie fast pudrig am Gaumen und erinnern aromatisch an
\nBitterschokolade, Kaffee-Crema und leichte R\u00f6stnoten. Die animierend reife
\nS\u00e4ure erstrahlt im Hintergrund und befeuert den irrsinnig rasanten Trinkzug
\ndieses Rotweins. Super hedonistischer Brunello mit Rallye-Streifen.<\/p>\n
