Dieser Brunello di Montalcino kommt aus den Weinbergen im S\u00fcdwesten von Montalcino. Die Trauben wachsen auf einer H\u00f6he von 300 bis 350 Metern \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel mit Blick auf das Meer in der Maremma. Dies ist die hei\u00dfeste Gegend von Montalcino. Hier besteht der Boden aus Sandstein und felsigem Mergel. <\/p>\n

Nach der Handlese werden die Trauben abgebeert, sanft gepresst und f\u00fcr zwei Wochen mit nat\u00fcrlichen Hefen vergoren. Anschlie\u00dfend reift der Wein f\u00fcr 48 Tage in 54 hl Allier-F\u00e4ssern aus franz\u00f6sischer Eiche und weitere 12 Monate auf der Fasche. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der 2016er Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG duftet erdig: Aromen von Malz, Waldlaub, Steinpilzen, Tabak und Baumrinde str\u00f6men in die Nase. Mit etwas Sauerstoffkontakt gesellen sich duftige Fruchtnoten von Himbeere, Sauerkirsche, Hagebutte und Feige hinzu, frische mediterrane Kr\u00e4uter lassen ihn belebend anmuten und florale Duftnoten von Veilchen und Rosenbl\u00e4ttern verst\u00e4rken seinen femininen Charakter, der in Aromen von Weihrauch und Lakritz \u00fcbergeht. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Seidig, elegant, mit zarter Fruchts\u00fc\u00dfe ausgestattet gleitet er \u00fcber die Zunge und wirkt fast schwerelos. Seine wunderbare S\u00e4ure tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, dass jeder Schluck zu einem weiteren verf\u00fchrt. Der h\u00f6here Alkohol von 14 Vol% ist zu keinen Zeitpunkt sp\u00fcrbar, verleiht ihm aber eine charmante s\u00fc\u00dfliche Note, die in der Kombination mit italienischer Wohlf\u00fchlk\u00fcche brilliert.<\/p>\n
