Das pr\u00e4gnante Aroma mutet \u00fcberaus charmant an und verf\u00fchrt unmittelbar die Sinne. Wunderbar untermauert von viel Mineralit\u00e4t und einer Tiefe, die Ihres Gleichen sucht. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Saftige Frucht und S\u00fc\u00dfe paart sich beim 2022er Bakkanali Fiorenzo auf der Zunge mit feiner und reifer S\u00e4ure, perfekt eingebettet in seinen Schmelz und einer belebenden und zugleich reifen Gerbstoffstruktur. Ein Wein f\u00fcr die Ewigkeit, der die Begleitung von intensiver K\u00fcche sucht. Im langen Nachhall lebt seine Frische und Mineralit\u00e4t erneut spektakul\u00e4r auf. Unbedingt dekantieren und leicht gek\u00fchlt servieren.<\/p>\n

Der Toscana Rosso Fiorenzo 2022 regt die Fantasie an: Ein Bouquet aus getrockneten Rosen und Veilchen, verfeinert mit Steinstaub und Gew\u00fcrzen, weicht frisch gepfl\u00fcckten Erdbeeren. Mittelkr\u00e4ftig, aber dennoch anmutig und seidig im Geschmack, bietet der 2022er einen umwerfenden Kern aus reifen Kirschen und Beerenfr\u00fcchten und knackigen Mineralnoten. Er hinterl\u00e4sst ein Ger\u00fcst aus s\u00fc\u00dfen Tanninen, das strukturiert und lang ausklingt, w\u00e4hrend die Ankl\u00e4nge von herben Waldbeeren und Lakritz langsam verklingen. Der Fiorenzo stammt von 18 Jahre alten Sangiovese-Reben, die auf \u00fcber 600 Metern H\u00f6he am Monte Amiata gepflanzt sind. Er durchl\u00e4uft eine Ganztrauben-Kohlens\u00e4ureg\u00e4rung.
