A. Domine, 21.12.20: Dieser sortenreine Sciaccarellu wird in Betontanks und konischen Fudern vergoren, worauf eine wochenlange Maischestandzeit mit Pigeage und Umpumpen folgt. Ausgebaut wird dieser eher helle Rote ein Jahr in den Fudern und in Demi-Muids, anschlie\u00dfend noch f\u00fcr mehrere Monate im Tank. Produktion: 3000 Flaschen. Intensive Aromen von Roten und Schwarzen Johannisbeeren in der Nase. Im Mund elegante Frucht, seidige Tannine, gute Spannung und feinw\u00fcrziges Finale. <\/p>\n

Welch W\u00fcrze st\u00fcrmt aus diesem korsischen Monument. 2020 Monte Bianco wird von Wacholder, Piment und gr\u00fcnem Pfeffer gepr\u00e4gt. Waldboden, Unterholz sowie etherische Tannenzapfen und -zweige sorgen neben Baumharz f\u00fcr reichlich Kontrast zu den Gew\u00fcrzen und der zur\u00fcckhaltenden Frucht. Nur mit M\u00fche kommen hinter all diesen lautstarken Aromen S\u00fc\u00dfkirsche, Pflaume und Maulbeere zum Vorschein. Ein Hauch Kakao sorgt f\u00fcr dunkle Akzente. Liebst\u00f6ckel, Salbei und Oregano sowie vor allem getrockneter Thymian setzen nun noch deutliche herbale Duftmarken ab. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Mit gro\u00dfer Spannung sehnt man diesem w\u00fcrzigen Schluck Wein entgegen. Er wirkt straff und k\u00fchl zu Beginn. Das l\u00e4sst ihn elegant und feingliedrig erscheinen. Die Frucht zeigt sich auf eine deutlich kleinbeerige und s\u00e4urebetontere Art, als zun\u00e4chst zu erwarten war. Ich empfinde dies sehr positiv und f\u00f6rderlich f\u00fcr den Trinkfluss. Er kann dadurch seinen saftigen Kern wunderbar zur Schau stellen. Neben der feinen Frucht bleibt ihm viel Platz seine K\u00fchle und Mineralit\u00e4t auszuleben. Steinig, fast karg sorgt er am Gaumen f\u00fcr das Verlangen nach mehr. Die w\u00fcrzigen, vor allem etherischen Nuancen kommen im Nachhall in angenehmer Form wieder zum Vorschein.<\/p>\n
