Nach der Handlese erfolgte eine Verg\u00e4rung von 35 Tagen auf den Schalen. Nach dem Pressen und der malolaktischen G\u00e4rung reifte der Wein elf Monate lang in 500-Liter-Eichenf\u00e4ssern, bevor er in Flaschen unfiltriert und ungeschwefelt abgef\u00fcllt wurde. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> leicht kupferfarben mit etwas Tr\u00fcbung <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Hier wird Muscat d&#8217;Alexandrie verwendet \u2013 daher der Name des Weines. Das ist in der Nase auch unschwer zu erkennen, denn es duftet ausladend nach Rosen und Muskat, nach Holunderbl\u00fcten und Grapefruit samt Schale, etwas Hopfen, Salzzitrone und nassem Stein. Das ist eine trinkanimierende Aromatik. <\/p>\n<h5>Gaumen<\/h5>\n<p> Die 2023er Cuv\u00e9e Alexandria von Tom Lubbe ist am Gaumen nat\u00fcrlich komplett trocken und eine nicht zu verleugnende Maischestandzeit sorgt f\u00fcr Gerbstoff und Extrakt. Das \u00fcppig Ausladende vom Duft hat sich hier zu einer eher delikaten Aromatik entwickelt, die sich mit dem Extrakt, einer lebendigen S\u00e4ure und Energie zu etwas Singul\u00e4rem verbindet. Der Wein wirkt komplex und dabei schwebend, wirkt pr\u00e4zise und gekonnt ausgebaut, hat aber auch etwas Erdiges, was einen gelungenen Kontrapunkt zur expressiven Aromatik des Muskats setzt.
