Der 1er Cru liegt auf der nord\u00f6stlichen Seite des Dorfes und ist gepr\u00e4gt von viel Ton auf Kalk. Der Wein wurde im typischen Stil der Lejeune erzeugt: Jeder Bottich wurde zu etwa 30 % mit ganzen Trauben gef\u00fcllt. Diese wurden mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen eingemaischt, um gen\u00fcgend Saft f\u00fcr den Beginn der alkoholischen G\u00e4rung freizusetzen, die durch die Einwirkung nat\u00fcrlicher Hefen, die sich in der Atmosph\u00e4re des Weinkellers und auf den Traubenh\u00e4uten zur Zeit der Ernte befinden, ausgel\u00f6st wird. \u00dcber der Maische liegen dann die Ganztrauben. Diese Phase der alkoholischen G\u00e4rung dauert f\u00fcnf bis sieben Tage und wird als semikarbonische Mazeration bezeichnet, da viele der Beeren im Ganzen und nicht nur als Fruchtfleisch g\u00e4ren. Die gesamte Verg\u00e4rung dauert rund drei Wochen. Danach wird der Wein in Holzf\u00e4sser mit einem Neuholzanteil von rund 30 % gef\u00fcllt. Vor dem F\u00fcllen wird leicht geschwefelt, aber nicht filtriert oder gesch\u00f6nt. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> strahlendes, leicht transparentes Kirschrot <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Der 2020er Les Argilli\u00e8res ist ein wunderbar offener, feinw\u00fcrziger und charmanter Pommard mit einer leicht rauchig reduktiven Er\u00f6ffnung und einer pikanten Mischung aus roter und dunkler Frucht, Kirschkonfit\u00fcre, etwas Unterholz, Minze, etwas Hefebrot und feinem Holz. <\/p>\n<h5>Gaumen<\/h5>\n<p> Am Gaumen zeigt sich der 1er Cru saftig, dunkelfruchtig und kompakt. Die Menge an Zimtkirschen, S\u00fc\u00df- und Sauerkirschen, dunkler Schokolade, Tabak und Gew\u00fcrzen wirkt auch hier sinnlich. Gleichzeitig bietet der Pommard jahrgangsbedingt eine gewisse W\u00e4rme und F\u00fclle, die aber von einer seidigen klaren S\u00e4ure eingefangen wird. Der Gerbstoff erweist sich als reif und markant, der Wein kann sich im Finale noch etwas gl\u00e4tten, aber daf\u00fcr hat er auch noch Zeit.
