Klar wie ein Eisbach und so voller k\u00fchler Eleganz. Dunkle Attribute und erdige Noten lassen ihn erhaben wirken. Aber vor allem lebt er von Klarheit und Pr\u00e4zision. Die S\u00e4ure durchbricht das dezent speckige Ger\u00fcst. Er b\u00fcndelt sich zu einem Strahl an deutlicher Mineralit\u00e4t. Fokussiert wie ein Laser. Das Mundgef\u00fchl ist abwechslungsreich und trinkanimierend. In gro\u00dfen Schlucken n\u00e4hert man sich dem Ende. Die Nuancen von Zitronentarte, N\u00fcssen und karamellisierten Zesten kommen sehr gut durch. Auch ein wenig Bratapfel und Marzipan zeigen sich im Nachhall.<\/p>\n<h5>Information zum Wein<\/h5>\n<p>Der Wein stammt aus einer nicht klassifizierten Monopollage mit Pinot Noir und Chardonnay zwischen Corpeau und Puligny-Montrachet. Nach der selektiven Lese erfolgte die langsame Pressung der Ganztrauben, danach die Verg\u00e4rung mit weinbergseigenen Hefen in Holz-Cuves und der Ausbau \u00fcber ein Jahr in <i>pi\u00e8ces<\/i> und <i>tonneaux<\/i> mit einem maximalen Neuholzanteil von 15 %. Der Wein wurde ungesch\u00f6nt, ungefiltert und mit minimalem Schwefel gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p>strahlendes mittleres Strohgelb<\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p>Monopollagen sind \u00fcberdurchschnittlich h\u00e4ufig nicht klassifiziert und bieten oft mehr, als man m\u00f6glicherweise erwartet. Beim Bourgogne Blanc \u00bbClos de la Perri\u00e8re\u00ab ist das so. Der Chardonnay duftet komplex und verf\u00fchrerisch zitrisch mit gr\u00fcnen, gelben und orange Aspekten. Dazu kommen etwas gr\u00fcne Ananas, der Abrieb von Zitronen, etwas Trockenkraut und zersto\u00dfener Kalk sowie eine elegante Note von Holz und Haseln\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<h5>Gaumen<\/h5>\n<p>Am Gaumen wirkt der Chardonnay zun\u00e4chst weicher, als die Nase vermuten lie\u00df. Sinnlich und seidig ist der <i>Perri\u00e8re<\/i> und doch frisch und lebendig mit einer deutlichen Mineralit\u00e4t, einer feinen Gesteinsw\u00fcrze und mit Salzigkeit, aber auch mit ein wenig phenolischem Grip, etwas Tabak und einem Hauch von Extrakts\u00fc\u00dfe.
