Die 0,28 Hektar wurden 1987 bepflanzt. Der Oberboden ist vom Ton gepr\u00e4gt, im Untergrund gibt es viel Kalkstein mit Kieseleinschl\u00fcssen. Die spontane G\u00e4rung erfolgte im Holz-Cuve mit 100 % Ganztraubenanteilen. Danach ging es per Schwerkraft in die Barriques und Tonneaux mit geringem Neuholzanteil. Es schloss sich ein rund 14 Monate w\u00e4hrender Ausbau ohne weitere Bewegung oder Abstiche an. Die F\u00fcllung erfolgte mit minimalem Schwefelanteil, meist direkt aus dem Fass. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> Kirschrot mit violettem Rand <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Der 2019er Aloxe-Corton wirkt zur\u00fcckhaltend und zun\u00e4chst reduktiv. Der junge Pinot Noir braucht Zeit. Dann entwickelt sich ein Aromenspektrum von Tabak, Lorbeer, N\u00fcssen und Kr\u00e4uterausz\u00fcgen, trockenem Unterholz und ebenso trockenem Laubwerk. Dar\u00fcber legt sich mit der Zeit eine sehr verf\u00fchrerische, aber immer dezente Note von reifen s\u00fc\u00dfen Kirschen, roten Beeren und Pflaumen. <\/p>\n<h5>Mund<\/h5>\n<p> Am Gaumen wirkt der 2019er Aloxe-Corton saftig herb und kr\u00e4uterbetont. Die Frucht steht eher im Hintergrund. Daf\u00fcr hat sich hier ein vorbildliches reifes und kr\u00e4ftiges Tanninger\u00fcst gebildet. Der Aloxe-Corton ist ein muskul\u00f6ser und breitschultriger Wein, dessen Entwicklung noch kaum begonnen hat.
