Die 1,12 Hektar sind in vier Parzellen aufteilt, und der Boden ist gepr\u00e4gt von Bajocium- und Oxford-Kalk mit Kieseln, Ton und einem hohen Eisenanteil. <\/p>\n<h5>Information zum Wein<\/h5>\n<p> Die Grand-Cru-Lage Les Bressandes liegt genau auf der Mitte des Corton-H\u00fcgels unterhalb von Clos du Roi und Les Renardes.\u00a0Sie wird zusammen mit dem Clos du Roi als beste Grand-Cru-Lage am Corton-H\u00fcgel angesehen.\u00a0Die 1,12 Hektar sind in vier Parzellen aufgeteilt, und der Boden ist gepr\u00e4gt von Bajocium- und Oxford-Kalk mit Kieseln, Ton und einem hohen Eisenanteil. Der\u00a0Corton-Bressandes\u00a0stammt von durchschnittlich 35 Jahre alten Reben. Der Wein wurde mit einem Anteil von 40 bis 50 % ganzer Trauben spontan im Holzcuve vergoren, danach per Schwerkraft in die Barriques und Tonneaux mit geringem Neuholzanteil geleitet. Es schlossen sich rund 14 Monate Ausbau ohne weitere Bewegung an. Die F\u00fcllung erfolgte mit minimalem Schwefelanteil meist direkt aus dem Fass. <\/p>\n<h5>Farbe<\/h5>\n<p> leicht transparentes Granatrot <\/p>\n<h5>Nase<\/h5>\n<p> Der 2018er Jahrgang des\u00a0Corton-Bressandes\u00a0\u00f6ffnet sich mit einer konzentrierten und komplexen Melange aus dunklen Fruchtnoten, Erdigkeit und Unterholz. Brombeeren sind hier ebenso pr\u00e4sent wie Pflaumen, dunkle Himbeeren, Heckenkirschen und Pfingstrosen, etwas Rauch, Speck, Moos und Holz, trockene Erde und frische saftige Noten von Blutorangen, auch Kalk und etwas Salz. <\/p>\n<h5>Gaumen<\/h5>\n<p> Am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert sich der\u00a0Grand Cru\u00a0opulent und kraftvoll, ist dabei geschmeidig, elegant und so vielschichtig, wie es seiner exzellenten Herkunft geb\u00fchrt. Der\u00a0Corton-Bressandes\u00a0ist ein Pinot noir mit einem konzentrierten Kern von dunkler reifer Frucht, mit W\u00fcrze vom Kalk und vom Holz bei auch hier leicht fleischigen und speckigen Aromen, mit viel Unterholz und einem pr\u00e4senten geschmeidigen und feink\u00f6rnigen Tannin sowie mit lebendiger S\u00e4ure.
