Information zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Die Grand-Cru-Lage \u00bbLes Bressandes\u00ab liegt genau auf der Mitte des Corton-H\u00fcgels unterhalb des Clos du Roi und Les Renardes. Die 1,12 Hektar sind in vier Parzellen aufteilt, und der Boden ist gepr\u00e4gt von Bajocium- und Oxford-Kalk mit Kieseln, Ton und einem hohen Eisenanteil. <\/p>\n

Farbe<\/h5>\n

In leicht durchscheinendem Purpur mit granatrotem Rand und violettem Kern zeigt sich der Wein klar und gl\u00e4nzend im Glas. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Neben rescher Preiselbeere und putzmunterer Sauerkirsche, versetzt dieser Grand Cru wartend vor den heimischen Ofen. Wartend auf einen Zwetschgenkuchen mit M\u00fcrbteigboden mit ger\u00f6stetem Haselnussgrie\u00df und Butterstreuseln, die langsam beginnen zu karamellisieren. Diese runde Sache bekommt Spitzen und w\u00fcrzige Unterst\u00fctzung durch duftige Noten von Heublumen, Fenchelsaat und Spitzwegerich, sowie die Kraft von gr\u00fcnem Pfeffer und einer feurigen Gazpacho. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen zeigt der 2016 Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru von Chandon de Briailles unmittelbar seine ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Struktur. Die Klarheit und Feinheit seiner puristischen roten Frucht offenbart sich zun\u00e4chst lediglich als Silhouette umh\u00fcllt von seidenem Umhang und verlangt nach Zeit, Luft und Geduld. Feine W\u00fcrze wird m\u00fchelos getragen durch griffiges, essentiell im Hintergrund agierendes, Tannin und, von den Startl\u00f6chern aus mit den Fingern schnipsende, S\u00e4ure, welche gen Horizont blickende L\u00e4nge suggeriert.<\/p>\n
