Die Trauben wurden am 29.Seprtember von Hand gelesen, gepresst und mit nat\u00fcrlichen Hefen vergoren. Welschriesling ganze Trauben in Amphoren vergoren, gepresst und in 500-Liter-F\u00e4ssern gereift \/ Chardonnay ganze Trauben gepresst, vergoren und in alten NUMEN-F\u00e4ssern gereift. Keine Sch\u00f6nung, Keine Filtration, nur 1,4g Restzucker. \u00a0 <\/p>\n

Der 2022er Parcellaire Blanc duftet kompakt und intensiv nach Birne, Quitte, Hefe, Mandeln, helle Bl\u00fcten, Gr\u00e4ser und Kr\u00e4uter. Es bietet sich eine wundersch\u00f6ne Dichte und saftige F\u00fclle dar, man freut sich direkt darauf in diesen Wein eintauchen zu k\u00f6nnen. \u00a0 <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen angelangt zeigt er sich mit saftiger F\u00fclle, viel Gripp und salziger L\u00e4nge. Ein Wein, mit wundersch\u00f6ner Pr\u00e4senz, der die Karaffe einfordert und schon Solo ein echter Genuss ist. Mit den richtigen Speisen lebt er zus\u00e4tzlich auf und bietet uns ein Fest der Sinne. Gro\u00dfartiger Tropfen!<\/p>\n
