Am Gaumen ist dies ein reiner, klarer, frischer und k\u00fchlender, sehr dichter und eigentlich feiner, aber noch unrunder Schaumwein mit recht reichem Extrakt, aber noch nerv\u00f6sem (unreifem), gr\u00fcnlichem Griff.
